“Something going on at Aldis. My last 3 visits saw 2 of them being less than what they have been in the past? The store not being faced, outdated food, produce specifically green grapes were all bad, floors dirty. All of my staff encounters are good except the one lady who does throw your food and NEVER has a kind word or look for anyone (I'm 76) I won't check out with her ever again! Thank you to the rest of the staff. Not sure about the security they have hired sketchy at best. I will still shop here maybe change the time I shop. This has been in the last 2 weeks :( Let's go Aldi get it together ?”

“I typically don’t leave reviews unless i have terrible service but I experience the entirely opposite today with Janelle at the customer service desk! I had ordered sugar free redbull in my pick up order and received regular and drove up there to see if I could swap them out. It turned out they were out of stock but let’s just say that Janelle went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I had ordered. I haven’t had great customer service like that in a VERY LONG time. I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves and more. We need more people like her in customer service!!”
