Foss State Park, located along the shores of Foss Lake in western Oklahoma, offers a range of family-friendly activities such as hiking, biking, disc golf, horseback riding, fishing, and various water sports. The park features well-maintained RV sites and tent campgrounds, including five palapas at Sunset Beach. Visitors have enjoyed the beautiful views, level sites, and the presence of fruit trees, with some RV sites providing electric and water hook-ups. While many praise the natural beauty and the friendly park rangers, some reviews highlight issues with management, including high fees for entry and camping, as well as cleanliness concerns with trash in certain areas. Despite these criticisms, guests have noted the park's stunning landscape and clear water. Overall, Foss State Park is a picturesque destination for outdoor enthusiasts, though visitors may want to be aware of the park's maintenance challenges.
Only spent one night. Conditions had prevented the trails to be mowed. I did drive to the other 2 campgrounds. They were in great condition.

Beautiful campground area with views of the water. We were at the cedar point campground, with electric and water hookup in a pull through site for $30. Very quiet with pretty fruit trees and level sites. The sites are right up close to the water also. Plus had great phone reception, surprisingly.
