“A beautifully maintained and cared for hotel with rooms just under $100/night. Awesome staff and beautiful plants and color after spring starts. You can pretty much catch a freeway going where you want to go in Tulsa and the surrounding towns easily within a mile our so. Nice quiet complex.”
“I stay for work mostly. I have returned to this location to stay multiple times and the staff are always great. Good breakfast and meal options near. Easy on and off I-44.”
“Great room, decent price, everyone was friendly and everything was clean. Check in took a LONG time, something with the credit card machine. (Took nearly 10 min to get done, when most places just USE THE CARD ON FILE) And my shampoo was by the sink, and the hand soap was in the shower. Not something I would normally check before hand, real inconvenience when I was taking a shower this morning. Second time staying here, out of convenience...its clean, and nice but those two issues, may make me look somewhere else next time im in town.”

“Location is out of Tulsa about 5-10 miles depending and the service isn't bad, there just isn't much going on. The rooms are pretty big. This is a no frills type of hotel but there's a mini fridge, microwave, sing and cabinets. If you need to be here for a while, it's a nice quiet place and certainly feels safe. For a better breakfast and more stuff, go next door to comfort inn. If simple is good, this is it.”
“Miss Mary was a delightful host and a wonderful cook!! We stayed in the Cherokee which was sparkling and extremely comfortable, especially the bed which fit our family of 3 with room to spare! The tub was gorgeous!Miss Debbie has done a beautiful job with the gardening and it was being swarmed by butterflies during our visit. I can easily claim my toddler got two adoptive grandmothers on this trip and they are just as loving and welcoming as any family should be.This little slice of heaven was equidistant between the gathering place and the aquarium! It was perfect for our little family to rest between activities. I can't thank Miss Mary enough for hosting us, and we will visit again!”
“I gave a 4 for the rooms because although the laminate floors are nice, the room has an echo to it. Which makes it kinda loud in the room. The shower pressure is the best I've ever gotten in a hotel.”

“To the staff Ms Ronda Ms Natasha thank you so much for your hospitality! GOD knew I needed his Angels for this weekends stay. The room was nice , good view, clean, and spacious. The owners should update the bathrooms but for a good suite with in room kitchen this worked out perfectly. Thank you again MsRonda i won't forget your kindness.Walkability: In a main strip area so very convenient for shopping and eating if thats what your looking to do”
“I only did 4 stars due to front desk staffing, especially Ian who has been a great help for any questions. It would've been 5 stars if I didn't have to call and ensure that they gave me some room service every time. I've called twice since I stayed for 9nights. It said on paper that there would be room service every other day. But when I waited for the 5th night, my trash has already piled up and didn't have clean towels.
Another issue was when I did use their heater for the first time, it was the last night I'd be staying in, it smelled funky.
Overall only the front desk staff has made this a pretty good experience and the room was pretty good, I also liked the shower. It was just a bit hard to turn on the bathroom lights. And the waffles were fantastic. I did like how there was so many restaurants just not the loudness going on outside. Which was at least one night a week.”

“Peoria inn was in an odd location but still right off the highway. Staff members are nice. Easy check in and check out. Cash deposit is only 25 $ not bad at all. Plus you do not have to have a credit card to stay here, which is nice to know. Rooms need to be updated badly. Carpet are very sticky and the sitting chairs need replace. But they are spacious.”

“I would like to highlight and thank a specific front desk employee that is fantastic. Ernes works the evening shift has been extremely helpful each time I stay here for work. There was an incident with a third party booking agency and he went above and beyond to help me try to find a solution with my family flying in to stay with me and help provide me with documentation. People like Ernest are why I would return to this hotel. Give this gentleman a raise/promotion. Thank you”
“Had to have outpatient surgery and don't live near Tulsa so I decided to book a room here the night before.
Room was clean and comfortable and front desk staff was great. It's very close to any type of food and shopping you'd want to do.
Breakfast was standard hotel fare and it was good. Breakfast area was clean and stocked.
For those wanting 4-5 star amenities in a 3 star hotel, this facility isn't for you.
No matter what kind of day you're having or what type of motel/hotel you're staying at, be kind to the front desk agents, housekeeping, etc. They are human They have crappy days, too.”

“Update to my old review.. I left a bad review out of a miscommunication... We spent a week here... These people are super nice and super caring.. the food was great and they are super nice to my children.. so I apologize for the bad review. And I can admit when I was wrong... Thank you for the way you have treated my family and your kindness... Super awesome place with super nice people.. thank you all for this stay. Our family was going through a lot being away from our home and you'll have really made it comfortable and helped us thank you.”
