“The hotel is perfect - centrally located, clean, great little coffee shop, and my room was huge! But I'm really here to write a review for the shuttle service. The hotel provides a free 24- hour shuttle. The driver this morning was so friendly and kind and he made sure I made it to my flight with plenty of time. Highly recommend this hotel! Great people!”

“I’ve read a few negative reviews about this hotel but I have stayed here four or five times and have had nothing but good things to say about it. They do openly admit (in the form of a letter given to guests upon check-in) that they are about to start a major renovation on the property, but in my opinion the property is still very nice!”

“I was not a guest at this hotel so I cannot share an experience about the rooms. However I did visit the rooftop bar at the hotel. Very nice view of Tulsa and the drinks were amazing! It was too windy to sit outdoors and drink but got a good view of the sunset.”

“Stayed a couple nights over the weekend, was there to see a concert at the iconic Cains ballroom, which was only a short 5 minute walk away! The room was clean, and very quaint, exposed brick walls, comfy bed. I stayed in room 3-6 which was on the third floor NE corner. It had a great view towards the East of the park and the new Bob Dylan & Woody Guthrie museums. Lots of great restaurants & bars all within walking distance. Owner of the Hotel was quick to reply with answers to all my questions. Only “negatives”? The street life down below can be a little loud late at night on weekends and there’s no elevator. I highly recommend this Hotel and will hopefully be back soon!”

“Me and my family have stayed at this property many times. The amenities, cleanliness of rooms, safety and hotel staff are incredibly caring and attentive to their guests. We love the beautiful courtyard! Our children have the best time playing on the basketball court and enjoying a cozy outdoor atmosphere you don’t typically get with a hotel stay. Not to mention the pool! The General Manager, David goes over and beyond to ensure the safety and happiness with the families that stay at Staybridge. We love that he calls us by name and truly makes our family feel welcomed. David makes himself readily available onsite when an issue arises which is unheard of these days.My family and I will forever go to Staybridge Tulsa when traveling from Eastern Oklahoma to spend special time with our children and grandchildren!Rooms: The rooms are huge suites and perfect for a family! Having a kitchenette is so very handy. They are also very clean and beds are comfy.Noteworthy details: Courtyard is wonderful to spend family time complete with a grill to help provide a at home atmosphere.”

“Best hotel I have ever stayed at ever! I actually left another hotel to come here and the first question I asked was do you guys have roaches. The staff laughed and joked with me after telling them my experience and told me they spent a lot on pest control. It was a horrible trip overall and my stay here was the absolute best part of my trip. The rooms were spotless.”

“Miss Mary was a delightful host and a wonderful cook!! We stayed in the Cherokee which was sparkling and extremely comfortable, especially the bed which fit our family of 3 with room to spare! The tub was gorgeous!Miss Debbie has done a beautiful job with the gardening and it was being swarmed by butterflies during our visit. I can easily claim my toddler got two adoptive grandmothers on this trip and they are just as loving and welcoming as any family should be.This little slice of heaven was equidistant between the gathering place and the aquarium! It was perfect for our little family to rest between activities. I can't thank Miss Mary enough for hosting us, and we will visit again!”

“It depends. I would pay more for a hiltion or marriot. The night staff are great but the day staff were rude and dismissive. The breakfast is mediocre at best but good for free breakfast. Some of the rooms are in need of repair but nothing major”

“The automatic door lock wouldn't unlock and the night manager knew about it, but put us there anyway. Unfortunately it is being renovated and we couldn't use the gym, but it is clean and the beds are comfortable. It will be really nice when completed.”

“I needed a break from sleeping in the hospital and this bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a step up from Motel 6, but was not a comfy room. The breakfast was a typical motel affair. For the price point of $100+, I expected much more.”

They actually treated us like Diamond Members...like family. I highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Felt like home away from home.Safety: I like the fact that you have to have a room card key to access the elevators to even go up to the higher floors.”

“We were booking this hotel through price line when we changed our mind and told them we didn't want it. They charged us anyway and told us that if the hotel would cancel it then they would refund the money. An employee at the hotel refused to let me talk to the manager and told me they would not cancel the room. I said "We'll, I guess you guys can rent it out and get double paid." She told me that the hotel only gets a fee and price line gets most of the money. I researched and she was lying to me. You can't trust the long time employees at this hotel. I am not going to mention her name but she is a liar. They don't care one bit about their patrons. We lost $163.00unless Priceline comes through and helps.Noteworthy details: Don't ever stay here.”

“I've lived here for almost 3 months. It's quiet, no drama and rooms are clean! There's a store in the hotel with all your basic needs plus some. The store accepts food stamps also. And if you're a smoke they also have cigarettes you can purchase! Laundry facility on site. It has all your typical daily needs without having to go anywhere!!”

“Room 314; the microwave didn't work.I was concerned about the lack of properly located electrical outlets in convenient places around the room.I don't use the charging ports, I use my own plug in charger. There's no outlets in-between the beds near the phone to plug in anything.Afterwards, I noticed some outlets partially hidden near the base of one of the lamps on the desk. Also, while I was in the bathroom, the house cleaning woman turns the doorknob and started to just walk into my room, without even knocking first. Luckily, I had the metal doorstop brace in place. I asked her "Wait, what are you DOING? You don't even KNOCK?!" She backed up and I shut the door. She didn't even apologize...I've stayed at a LOT of Holiday Inns, but never experienced anything like this before...”
