“Nice room! Large! All the space one needs to relax or get things done.
Quiet. Didn't really expect that with the location. Heard nothing from outside and very little from the hall.
Curtains were thick and soft. Kept out the light when needed.
Ice in the ice trays! That's a nice touch. It's the little things!
Kitchen is stocked with most of what one would need.
Bathroom is great! Plush towels. Super soft TP.
If I had to find something to complain about, the pillows are a little thick. Still prefer that to some flat pillows I've experienced during travels. The WIFI buffered on a couple of the streaming channels. Again, not a huge concern at all.
All in all, it was clean, comfortable, and just an over all pleasant place to stay.
Oh, and the price was great!”

“This is a good 3-star hotel in a great downtown location - only a 10 to 15-min walk from the BOK center and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Being a historic building, the rooms are a bit small, but they've got all the basics and are pretty well updated! Rooms were extremely clean and tidy and had coffee machines, mini fridges, etc.
The location being so close to downtown is great, but because the hotel lobby isn't on the ground floor, lots of people not staying at the hotel come and go on the first floor. When I was waiting to pick up a doordash order, an unhoused person came in and began smoking a cigarette INSIDE the building - to which the staff escorted him out promptly and kindly despite him being erratic. This is not on the hotel at all (they did what they could!) as the ground floor is public access, but something to keep in mind if you are travelling alone or with children.”

“We have been staying at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel for years and have never had a bad visit. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. While some of the rooms had started to feel a bit outdated over the years, they were always very clean and comfortable.
On our most recent visit, we were fortunate enough to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms, and they are absolutely top notch. The renovations are beautiful and really elevate the experience.
We do miss Brook in the Merlot Lounge, but the newest team member, Andrew, is an absolute delight. He made us feel right at home and added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.
We will definitely continue visiting the Tulsa Renaissance and creating more special memories here.”

“The location was convenient, and the evening clerk was very kind and made the check in process easy and welcoming.
Unfortunately, once we entered our room, it was extremely hot and took more than four hours to cool down. Since we were only staying one night, we chose to tolerate it, but rooms should reasonably be cooled prior to guest arrival, especially when reservations are pre booked. The room also appeared only partially cleaned, as there was visible trash left behind, which raised concerns about overall attention to detail. Additionally, one of the lamps in the room was not functioning.
While breakfast was convenient and adequate, these issues impacted our overall experience. Based on this stay, we would likely consider trying a different hotel option in the future.
**RESPONSE TO BELOW COMMENT**
Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the offer to make things right, we arrived late in the evening with an exhausted toddler, and requesting a room change at that point would have been an added inconvenience for our family.
My concern is that the room should have been properly prepared prior to our arrival. The temperature of the room, visible cleanliness issues, and non working light were all things that should have been addressed ahead of time, especially if rooms are being inspected as stated.
I am simply sharing our experience as it occurred. I do hope your team takes this feedback into consideration and places greater attention on room readiness and detail moving forward.”

“The Quality Suites Tulsa I-44 was what I have come to expect from the brand. Clean, comfortable and safe. I had a great night's sleep and was refreshed by a nice shower to start my day off. While I didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast I heard it was quite good. The desk clerks were very nice and professional. I recommend this location if you're in the Tulsa area.”
“The rooms were very clean. The price was reasonable for Valentines Weekend. I love the fragrance they spray throughout the hotel hallways. But great customer service is limited. You have some individuals that will WOW you. And some are just there to get a check. I also won some money. Check Osage it's all worth it.”
“I gave a 4 for the rooms because although the laminate floors are nice, the room has an echo to it. Which makes it kinda loud in the room. The shower pressure is the best I've ever gotten in a hotel.”
“Miss Mary was a delightful host and a wonderful cook!! We stayed in the Cherokee which was sparkling and extremely comfortable, especially the bed which fit our family of 3 with room to spare! The tub was gorgeous!Miss Debbie has done a beautiful job with the gardening and it was being swarmed by butterflies during our visit. I can easily claim my toddler got two adoptive grandmothers on this trip and they are just as loving and welcoming as any family should be.This little slice of heaven was equidistant between the gathering place and the aquarium! It was perfect for our little family to rest between activities. I can't thank Miss Mary enough for hosting us, and we will visit again!”

The ladies at the front were accommodating and quick to respond to any request. The hotel was clean and neat. The night manager was so quick to response. Plan on staying again!”
“I only did 4 stars due to front desk staffing, especially Ian who has been a great help for any questions. It would've been 5 stars if I didn't have to call and ensure that they gave me some room service every time. I've called twice since I stayed for 9nights. It said on paper that there would be room service every other day. But when I waited for the 5th night, my trash has already piled up and didn't have clean towels.
Another issue was when I did use their heater for the first time, it was the last night I'd be staying in, it smelled funky.
Overall only the front desk staff has made this a pretty good experience and the room was pretty good, I also liked the shower. It was just a bit hard to turn on the bathroom lights. And the waffles were fantastic. I did like how there was so many restaurants just not the loudness going on outside. Which was at least one night a week.”
“Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, went to breakfast at 8am, out of sausage, biscuits and forks and spoons. Took over 15 minutes for more food to come out. Room was clean but needed a little maintenance. Shower door needed adjusted so it wouldn't leak, toilet paper holder was about to fall off wall. Very minor issues, would stay again.”

The owners should update the bathrooms but for a good suite with in room kitchen this worked out perfectly. There was an incident with a third party booking agency and he went above and beyond to help me try to find a solution with my family flying in to stay with me and help provide me with documentation. “Peoria inn was in an odd location but still right off the highway. Staff members are nice. Easy check in and check out. Cash deposit is only 25 $ not bad at all. Plus you do not have to have a credit card to stay here, which is nice to know. Rooms need to be updated badly. Carpet are very sticky and the sitting chairs need replace. But they are spacious.”

“I went to this hotel a couple days ago the room service is amazing beds mad lots of room for just 2 people microwave working icebox clean freezer at the top of it clean sink clean bathroom clean towels good closet clean dresser clean when i walked in i was amazed it looked amazing the workers is so nice with manners when u ask for something they give it to u ice machine work the ice was the best part quiet no yelling nobody was walking around the place it was the best hotel i ever been to i look foward to coming back breakfast good biscuits was great so was the gravy in waffle so you people need to stop making it like they have bad service.”
