“I went to this location because of the reviews since I have slight needle anxiety, and I’m glad I did. A very nice young woman named Madison was working all by herself and handled me and everyone else in there this morning like a true professional—efficient but not rushed through. I barely felt anything, and this morning was an odd occasion where I became slightly faint (happens every couple of times I have blood drawn for physicals), but Madison helped me recover quickly and easily! She needs some assistance in there, and a raise!”

“I've gotten tested four times now: twice with MCI, once at a local university site, and once at CVS. MCI was the fastest and most convenient on the actual day of testing, and the process to obtain results was fairly straightforward. I am frankly a little surprised by some of the negative feedback where people are irritated that they had to wait a few days to get results during peak COVID testing season. Global pandemics are inconvenient. Everyone I interacted with at MCI was very professional and customer service focused. Great experience!”

I had to give a hair sample for a drug screen for employment and had went to a previous place where they tried to take 2 inches from the top of my head down to the scalp... absolutely not. I left and came here. They were friendly and helpful and took the appropriate amount from sections on the under side of my hair. Thank youuuu for helping an old lady out and staying a little later.?”

“wonderful service, amazing ladies work here. they were quick to get the orders put in and get me back into the room, I have a whole list of lab orders from my specialist and I could only get through 2 of the vials being taken before I fainted and couldn't handle any more blood drawing, but they were so patient and kind, they didn't make me feel bad about not doing well and I will be able to go back and take the rest in a few days!”
“People seem to be nice. Tests are quick but it is a little busy in here and it has taken longer than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen but I'm ok with that. Building definitely needs work it's outdated but other than that it's a decent place no complaints.”
“I have severe needle phobia. The hematology nurse was so skilled I did not even get light-headed, the first time I can remember that not happening. Little bit of a wait time, maybe 10-15 minutes, but they accept walk-ins so that is going to happen.”

“Had to take my 4 year old son here because of severe vomiting. We went middle of the day and there was hardly anyone else there. They got us back in a bed pretty quickly and got my son hooked up to fluids. They were very thorough, they did ultrasounds and X-rays. The radiologist even came down to talk to us after looking at the images and he was awesome about explaining what he saw. We were out in maybe 3-4 hours. We also had to come a few years ago when he got Covid really bad and they were great then too.”
