They took great care of my vehicle and went above & beyond for me. Fully inspected and took care of all my needs. “I want to give Bill Knigbt Quick Lank a SHOUT...especially Timothy Rubin. June 25 After dropping off my Expedition for a sceduled oil change my boys and I went on our scooter to ride the trail when I had an accident and ended up in the hospital. After my husband called them to tell them we won't make it back that day, and why...Timothy called us back and said the oil change is on them and wanted us to know we are loved and being prayed for. The next day my husband went to pick k it up and offered to pay and again they said nope its on us and to know they are praying for us.
Today July 9 I retraced my paths to thank them and bring them sweets. And Timothy greeted us with the most welcome greeting and letting us know he had been praying for us. Then seen how dirty my Expedition was (hence road work)and offered to run it through the car wash as a BLESSING! I LOVE BILL KNIGHT FORD”

“Johnny and Vince took care of me. Not particularly fast, and $306 for two 18inch mid-grade tires but I appreciated the kind service and talking me patiently through different options. [ I normally prefer taking my business to local places whenever possible but this wasn't one of those times. (Waiting for tire service with two toddlers is no joke; and wandering around the toy section at Walmart is a lot nicer than sitting in a random waiting area.) Overall I'm satisfied and grateful for this option when I needed it. ]”
“Very impressed. While driving to pick my cat up from the vet, I realized my tire was at 16 psi. I found a place for air and could see a nail in it. Managed to get to this Walmart auto care and they patched my tire in under an hour, for just 15.00. I was able to get to the vet before they closed.
*Pita Place is a short walk, so I had some delicious Mediterranean food while I waited.”

“Elijah and Carlos did a phenomenal job! My company was having a hard time approving the proper maintenance, and they were patient and persistent in figuring out what the issues were. They were able to figure out what was going on an assisted with getting everything fixed. They went above and beyond! They made me feel welcomed, even though I showed up closer to closing time. They offered to take care of everything needed to make sure I my car was taken care of regardless of how long it would take. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they've provided! Super friendly, respectful, professional, and welcoming. Nothing against Jiffy Lube, but it has been better than anytime I've been at Jiffy. Again, nothing against Jiffy Lube.”
