“I had an interesting/wonderful experience at Robertson’s Tire. I purchased new tires at a new sister store in Michigan and I was very unhappy with them. The parent company (Big Brands) sent me to this Robertson’s. I drove 1.5 hours not knowing what would happen and to my pleasure, the manager, Zack Rawlings, took the time to discuss it with me (and his superior) and then treated me like I had been a customer for years, including not charging me for an upgrade for new tires. I’m not sure if I have ever been treated as well and would definitely recommend this shop.”

At first, I felt like I was being referred around and ignored. I was getting close to writing a negative review based on not getting a hold of a manager. I finally got a hold of the GM who instantly addressed the issue and made it right. He could have easily not addressed the issue since the truck was sold-as-is. But Mark Allen Chevy did the right thing and made it right. I would buy again from this dealership in the future just for that act of keeping the customer satisfied after the sale.”
