“I gave them 2 stars only because they were open on Sunday. I pulled in with a tire already off of the vehicle and asked if they had a used tire that would fit. He said let me check and took the tire and started looking. Apparently they found one that fit because they started replacing my tire with out saying anything or discussing the price. Then they brought it to me and I said how much and he said $50 I was shocked and then he gave me my change from his wallet . Once I got the tire back to my van I realized it was the wrong size tire. So I will definitely not be coming back here again. Update 11/11/25 I changed this to 5 stars because I went back today and let them know it was the wrong size and they changed it out and were very nice about it. I will be recommending this place to my friends. Thank you.”

“Excellent experience! Had a quality experience at this location before. Went for a tire rotation. Told me it would be an hour and half. Felt like it was done earlier than told. Obviously a good thing for a customer. They treat you good. Professional courteous and efficient. I'm an average Joe customer who doesn't require high maintenance. I was pleased with the overall experience and plan on being a repeat customer! Thanks Fellas!”

Thank you for your quick turnaround and for arranging an Uber ride for me so I could get on with my day while you worked on my car.”

“Getting a 5 star review from this single mother. Fair price and does not mess around trying to upsell women. As a single parent I'm always on the tightest of budgets and stay in a time crunch and I am forever grateful for Encinas, he's never kept my vehicle for longer than 24 hours and I've gone to him twice now with above routine maintenance needing to be done. The man who runs this place is a straight shooter, if you want somebody to ask you about the weather and to try to force $50 windshield wipers on you, go somewhere else. He's straight to the point, hard working and honest and I've found my forever mechanic. Look no further, call encinas. They've been in the same location for decades for a reason, they're a real treasure to have.”

“Complete Automotive Repair and Service has worked on most of my vehicles, and I recently brought them my newest one—a 2002 Chevy 1500 with a transmission leak. I dropped the truck off Monday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon they had provided me with an update and a quote to repair the leak. They had me back in my truck Friday morning, and I’m happy to say the leak is completely gone. I’m very pleased with their service and will continue using Complete Automotive Repair and Service for all of my vehicles. Highly recommend!”

“2nd time back to Shamrock Tire and Auto. I came to them with a knocking noise on my Grand Cherokee. Daniel went on a test drive with me so he could hear what I was hearing and then they got it in and out in an hour. Thank you Robert and Daniel for taking care of my car so quickly, it sounds 100% better. Not only that, but they also took care of a tire sensor that hasn't worked in about a year and also repaired a nail in my tire that I wasn't aware of. It's nice to feel like I can trust a repair shop!”

“Absolutely incredible people to do business with! They had all 6 our rv tires replaced in the time it took us to go to the bank. Ironically in the same day our son needed his tire replaced and it was the cheapest around and faster than a pit crew! Not to mention they clean the tires after they put them on. They’re shiny and clean! 10/10 recommend!”

“Addendum: Justin has moved to The 4WD Garage in Broken Arrow. Ever since we started taking our Tacoma to Justin he has only made the truck better. He most recently added a front and rear gear kit to the truck so we can pull our camper more efficiently. Him and his crew are very knowledgeable about 4WD vehicles and issues they may have. They take excellent care of even the little things on the truck that other service providers take for granted (i.e. replacing a wheel cap). Justin has given us great advice for many things. We will continue to go to him for our truck needs and recommend him to others. Thanks Justin!”

“Texas Tires Tulsa absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I pulled in, the team treated me with respect, urgency, and real professionalism. They got my alignment done fast, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The prices were honestly some of the best in Tulsa, and the quality of the work was even better. What stood out most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. They made sure I understood what was wrong, what they were fixing, and how it would improve my vehicle. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. My car drives smoother than it has in a long time, and I’m genuinely impressed. If you want great service, fair prices, and a shop you can trust, Texas Tires Tulsa is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know”

“Went in today to possibly get a used tire. They found a nail in the edge of the tread near the sidewall. The tire was still in great shape so they recommended a patch instead of a replacement tire, which was a lot cheaper for me. I've bought several used tires here over the years and I highly recommend Dean's to anyone needing a quality, used tire.”
