We had some issues where I provided them some mismatched parts and they tried to make it work and ended coming back in for warranty work. These guys bent over backwards to help me. “Complete Automotive Repair and Service has worked on most of my vehicles, and I recently brought them my newest one—a 2002 Chevy 1500 with a transmission leak. I dropped the truck off Monday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon they had provided me with an update and a quote to repair the leak. They had me back in my truck Friday morning, and I’m happy to say the leak is completely gone. I’m very pleased with their service and will continue using Complete Automotive Repair and Service for all of my vehicles. Highly recommend!”
“We are traveling with our RV our tire got a hole in it. Very impressed with Jose that changed out our tire and his coworker. When he took off our spare tire that only had about 100 miles on it. He noticed that it had a bulge in it. Thanks for looking out for your customers! Great customer service! Glad to know there are still honest employees that are dedicated to their customers.”
“I gave them 2 stars only because they were open on Sunday. I pulled in with a tire already off of the vehicle and asked if they had a used tire that would fit. He said let me check and took the tire and started looking. Apparently they found one that fit because they started replacing my tire with out saying anything or discussing the price. Then they brought it to me and I said how much and he said $50 I was shocked and then he gave me my change from his wallet . Once I got the tire back to my van I realized it was the wrong size tire. So I will definitely not be coming back here again.

I changed this to 5 stars because I went back today and let them know it was the wrong size and they changed it out and were very nice about it. I will be recommending this place to my friends. Thank you.”

Ironically in the same day our son needed his tire replaced and it was the cheapest around and faster than a pit crew! Not to mention they clean the tires after they put them on. “I took an 02 Ford in for the AC not working and an oil leak. I was really happy driving home with an AC working in the car. They were reasonably priced and the work was great. The oil leaks were more extensive and they had the car for a day and a half. They informed me everything they had done and what my next repairs may be. Overall a great bunch of guys and the work was professional and dependable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some mechanical repairs.”

Daniel went on a test drive with me so he could hear what I was hearing and then they got it in and out in an hour. Not only that, but they also took care of a tire sensor that hasn't worked in about a year and also repaired a nail in my tire that I wasn't aware of. As a single parent I'm always on the tightest of budgets and stay in a time crunch and I am forever grateful for Encinas, he's never kept my vehicle for longer than 24 hours and I've gone to him twice now with above routine maintenance needing to be done. “Addendum: Justin has moved to The 4WD Garage in Broken Arrow.
Ever since we started taking our Tacoma to Justin he has only made the truck better. He most recently added a front and rear gear kit to the truck so we can pull our camper more efficiently. Him and his crew are very knowledgeable about 4WD vehicles and issues they may have. They take excellent care of even the little things on the truck that other service providers take for granted (i.e. replacing a wheel cap). Justin has given us great advice for many things. “Went in today to possibly get a used tire. They found a nail in the edge of the tread near the sidewall. The tire was still in great shape so they recommended a patch instead of a replacement tire, which was a lot cheaper for me. I've bought several used tires here over the years and I highly recommend Dean's to anyone needing a quality, used tire.”
