“I had an amazing experience at Vapor USA thanks to Cassie! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain different products, answer all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel pressured. Cassie really knows her stuff and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like hers is hard to find — professional, patient, and welcoming. If you go to Vapor USA, definitely ask for Cassie. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave happy. Highly recommend!”

“Well stocked and extra clean. I've been here a few times and they generally have what I want. This last time they didn't have any tobacco flavor 6mg juice, but they promised they will have it in stock soon. I Iike this branch better than their other two because this seems to be their main location.”
