“I've held 2 accounts for 10 years and one for 4 at gsb. Never any problems everything ran smoothly but nothing to distinguish it from other banks I've dealt with until recently. I used PayPal to pay for something online that turned out to be a fraud (over 700). That paypal was linked to a gsb debit card, not credit.card.
And then a few days later some other unauthorized charges were made (probably by the same criminal or his associates as the first fraudulent transaction).
I reported them both to the bank not expecting to get reimbursed for the >$700 purchase since it was a debit card and i had authorized it but I just saw that gsb had paid me back for it and the other fraudulent charges.”
