You have to go through a call center to talk to someone in the local branch in Grove, OK. Then the call center cannot t reach anyone in the Grove branch.

Grand Savings is a full service bank. It's what I expect in banking. The staff are friendly courteous and at all times professional and still greet you with a warm personal greeting. These are people who love what they do, it's not just a paycheck.
