Grand Savings is a full service bank. It's what I expect in banking. The staff are friendly courteous and at all times professional and still greet you with a warm personal greeting. These are people who love what they do, it's not just a paycheck.

I've been a customer at Grand Saving Bank in Grove since I retired in 2015. I've had copies made, papers notarized and papers faxed. Never in the time I've been a customer have I ever been charged. I had my wife go in last week to have some documents faxed and she was charged $12. I thought this was strange since I've never been charged before. I called the bank and asked to talk to Brenda Younger since she did the faxing and charging for it. She was in a meeting, so I asked for her to return my call. Guess she forgot. Two day's later I again called and asked to speak to her, she was in a meeting. I again asked for a return call, didn't happen. This is the reason your bank has a 3 star out of 5 rating. I have two retirements that go into my bank in Colorado since that's where I retired from. Only my social security check goes into Grand Savings so with that small amount it doesn't make us important. Well I do have a savings account at your bank which I will be closing. And trust me that will more than make up for the $12. If I had received a return call from Ms. Younger this wouldn't have been an issue. As Sam Walton always said: Customer Service is #1. PS: Someone please teach Ms. Younger how to use a fax machine since another girl had to show her.

So we tried to buy groceries using the Walmart app. Done this repeatedly last year and even last month with no trouble. Not this time. Both our cards were denied by the card issuer--- AKA Grand savings bank. Even after replying to the fraud protection text telling them its not fraud, my card was still denied along with my wife's card too. Mind you that we never asked for this protection to begin with.Called the bank and they say they have no control over the matter and shift me to an 800 number. Now that's what I call customer service right there. This is the second time they have done this. Once the left me stranded at a gas station on memorial day weekend by Tenkiller lake, maybe what an hour and a half from Grove a few years ago. All cause they thought it was someone else using my card.Luckily my credit union I use let me use that card. By the way they have never locked me out of my account anywhere I go. They don't even demand to know when I travel, where and what route or states we'll pass through on the way out or back.I've banked at GSB for years, I love their loan team and our loan officer. He's great at what he does, I wish I could say the same about the card services, customer service and fraud protection teams. They just cost us a grocery pick up time.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BANK HERE. GRAND SAVINGS BANK STOLE MY INHERITANCE. In 2018 my father went to the Grand Savings Bank in Grove to change the beneficiary on his savings account. When he passed away 2 years later I returned to the bank. RACHELE PAQUIN told me that the beneficiary information WAS PROCESSED WITH THEIR OLD SYSTEM AND DID NOT CARRY OVER TO THE NEW SYSTEM. My inheritance went to my stepmother's side of the family WHICH IS NOT WHAT MY FATHER WANTED AND NOT WHAT HE ASKED THEM TO DO. Today I went in to close my account and retrieve the remaining money (which is all I have thanks to Grand Savings Bank) and the Branch Manager BRENDA YOUNGER told me, when I explained, "Oh yeah, I remember that," and smiled sweetly from behind her desk. She closed my account and brought me the few hundred dollars, (which is all I have thanks to Grand Savings Bank) and on the slip I had to sign BRENDA YOUNGER wrote (get this!!) "Bank error led to loss of her inheritance." THEY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE!! Must be nice to have your bills paid, because I'm completely screwed thanks to Grand Savings Bank in Grove Oklahoma. I can't even afford a lawyer. THEY STOLE MY BIRTHRIGHT AND SMILED SWEETLY WHILE THEY DID IT. DO NOT BANK HERE.

It's now Monday. Two weeks after requesting a new card and I still am unable to use it and this call center is a joke. Finally after a week and a half I got my card. They told me it would take a week. Tried to activate my card. It tells me I have to call customer service. It's F#$&ing Saturday and they arent open. Now I have to wait till Monday after I am already at work to call them. Extremely unhappy at this point. They did give me a call back and issue resolves. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful. Just hope they fix the issue with the call center hanging up on people.Lost my debit card. Trying to contact bank several times. I sat on hold for five minutes while it keeps transferring me to hold music and then hangs up. Thinking it may be time to start looking for a new bank as this hasn't been the first issue with this bank. Very disappointed.

My mom banks at Grand Bank, has had an incredibly rough 2020. A broken hip, contracted covid from a home health nurse, wound up in intensive care in Springdale Arkansas. After her release and some time back in rehab., it was decided that she needed hospice. Grand bank rather than being helpful, has locked her account. I have jumped through all their hoops, including signing their POA. I already am power of attorney for my mom and executor of her estate. Her money, would be very helpful to pay a caregiver while I work as an RN. I am also caregiver for my mom, whom is physically dependent on me for every need. My mom has spoken to Rachel and Mike and given her permission for me to handle her account. My mom lives with me. They are not returning my calls. My mom is deaf and blind but is mentally coherent. I need 1 more thing to deal with also, dont expect a phone call back. They talk nice on the phone but don't return calls as promised. I would not use this bank if they were the only bank in town.

EDIT: my fiancé called and transferred money into my acct and they sent us a letter in the mail saying they charged us to do the transfer. I’m confused as to why because we do this allll the time and never get charged. I’m tired of the inconsistency of this branch. Don’t understand how you have a branch like gravette and a branch like grove?

I really like it, except something, since I was going there to get money with my mom for the schooler ship a lady who works there was being racist she said that we have to make a bank account, we explain her that we are just here for the schooler ship, so she deny us, and she send us to go with a young woman to check up my schooler ship.
