Hampton Inn & Suites Guthrie offers a convenient location with clean, well-managed common areas and a good breakfast. The staff is helpful and strives to ensure guests have a positive stay. However, the hotel faces several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Some elevators are broken or not working, leading guests to use stairs, and at times, elevators are used by staff rather than guests. Guests have reported problems with the air conditioning, especially in rooms on the higher floors, with some rooms being unclean or having an odd smell and humidity. Renovation covers, like tarps on windows, suggest ongoing updates, but the rooms sometimes feel moist and unappealing. A few rooms have issues such as stained carpets, missing doorknobs, or non-functioning TVs. The pool was also unavailable during a stay. Overall, the hotel can be a decent place for a short stay, but the frequent maintenance problems and cleanliness concerns prevent it from being highly recommended for longer visits.
It was a beautiful hotel..But when we went to our room after the reunion we were attending someone had clearly been using it. Pizza boxes, bed messed up, just a mess. We had to call downstairs and let them know & move to another room. It was very weird.

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, plenty of parking, pet friendly, unfortunately the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the pillows were fluffy until you laid your head on them, then they became flatter than a sheet of paper. For the price, I guess I was expecting a little comfort and a good night's sleep.

If you're staying here, I pray you have the pleasure to meet Trevor! Had a few particular medical related needs and moved heaven and earth to set me up right. Not only that, he gave out fantastic dinner recommendations and was just a blessing to interact with! Hilton needs to give this man a raise you hear me!
