We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. First night was ok but rooms were dirty. Second night we had a mouse in 1 of our rooms we called front desk they moved us to another room. Shortly after getting settled into the second room we saw a mouse coming from the adjoining room. We complained to management and they confirmed that they had a mouse issue and we’re working to get it resolved. We were only charge for the first night. But I feel I shouldn’t have been charged at all. Overall a bad experience!

Right across from the convention center. Convoluted access from I35 NB. Right next to an active airfield (but not available to the “average Normees” according to the desk clerk). Very expensive but I guess doable if you are expensing it.

Room was not bad, the bed was comfortable, there was what looked like a dirty baby foot print on the toilet seat and a couple of peices of hair in the bathroom drawer area that should have been cleaned up but other then that the room was fairly clean and the halls smelled good and were clean. We didn't eat breakfast but the coffee was good! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We actually had to have a manager come look at the room (321) so we wouldn't get charged extra (he took pictures). there was food in the sink by the microwave, a Cheeto on the floor in the bathroom, something splattered on the mirror, bath gel dispenser broken, broken nightstand, back to the TV remote broken, and a thumbtack sized screw on the floor that was stepped on. That being said the girl who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful .

Would not or could not put us in an accessible room because we did not book that rate through COSTCO. Had to switch rooms 4 times due to cleaning issues, mechanical issues, finally downgraded us to a lower rate room, but still was not accessible. So they were ok with keeping the extra rate money there. Room cleaner or front desk person was also responsible for stocking the breakfast area. Hard to find front desk person at times due to the extra duties. Breakfast was late on first day with the same rotten fruit on the table the first and second days. The spiced apple waffles were good though. Toaster didnt work. Keys kept resetting so we had to go all the way downstairs to reactivate, yay!!!Rooms: Various things broken in various rooms including the phone in two rooms. Bathroom door would not stay shut in one room. Several USB power outlets were pushed in and broken.Walkability: I have trouble lifting my left leg . Hotel refused to honor my accessible room request.Food & drinks: Food area poorly maintainedNoteworthy details: Front desk staff very friendly and helpful in trying to accommodate, never saw a manager on the premises.

Fairly new Hampton Inn. Still pretty fresh and clean. Breakfast is on time and Hampton Inn standard. Coffee is good and always available — an amenity I’d like to see more often.Rooms: Clean and well appointed. Refrigerator and microwave. Walls and windows stop no noise, so you will hear traffic and neighbors.

Just off I-35, terrific checkin & checkout, friendly personnel, quiet clean room with walk-in shower & multiple USB ports all over the room, hot breakfast pretty good, great coffee 24/7

Overall upkeep of this Hampton Inn was below average. Carpets were very dirty all in public areas and my room. Furniture was also chipped in many places and bedding was worn. This place needs a major update.On the plus side, Brett at the front desk was outstanding. Super friendly and was always busy taking care of things in the lobby area. This guy could get a position anywhere and I hope management rewards his solid efforts.

TV remote held together with scotch tape. Bathroom door will not close all the way and provides no privacy. Furnature looks vintage and used. For what we paid for the room, I expected more. It served us for what we needed, but, I expected, we'll, more and better. Like I said, for how much we paid, it should have been more modern and more.

The staff was great.I had a issue with the lock on my room. Once I checked in.They were nice enough to upgrade my room. For my inconvenience.Breakfast was a little disappointing but my stay was nice and quiet!Rooms: Room was very clean and comfotable!

I’ve stayed (3) times at this location, I really want to give it a 5 Star rating but the housekeeping stops me. They don’t have enough help. The Manager works tirelessly to make it right.Food & drinks: I love that there is a Starbucks nearby. There’s an excellent donut shop “Missy’s that is nearby, it’s excellent for donuts and sandwiches!

The room smelled like dirty gym socks and there were stains on the carpet in several different places. The refrigerator wasn't cooling properly and the floor in the bathroom had some kind of brown sticky residue on it. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and offered to change our room, but both of them were either dirty or fridge didn't work. The location was very convenient and there's a nice little Mexican restaurant within walking distance.Rooms: There were several different things wrong with the room. Just to name a few more things from the other comment, shower door handle was loose and the sliding doors for the bathroom closet didn't slide.My husband and I, stay at Hampton's when possible, this is the worst one we've ever stayed at.

I arrived late in the night/early morning and they didn't have the room I booked so they upgraded me for free. man at the counter was very friendly and the whole transaction was quick and smooth. Room was amazing. highly recommend. Edit/ after a return visit, I am still completely satisfied with this whole experience!

Brett checked us in and gave us a room out of the rain storm we had driven in since Marshall, MO. After passing one spun out vehicle, assisting with two roll overs and passing three accidents, we needed some rest. How kind and friendly Brett was when I asked for a room. Reminding me about free water and breakfast in the morning. He kindly told me where we should park to get in and out with less rain exposure. I just cannot say enough what a pleasant surprise he was!

Showed up at 3AM expecting to overpay due to the circumstances. Instead the guy at the desk was friendly and gave a price $15 a night cheaper than anywhere nearby.
