We stayed here for one night - our room was damp and mildewy and definitely an unhealthy place to be in for any amount of time - the carpets were damp, the towels were damp, and there was condensation on the little bar of hand soap - I thought at first that someone had put a used bar of soap back in the box. My towel had a stain on it!
The next morning, my clothes felt damp and a paper shopping bag we had was also soggy. I was short of breath with a headache.
Additionally, the AC was set to 60 degrees when we arrived and the room was unbearably cold. The tv remote only turned the tv on and off and the volume up and down - none of the other controls worked.
I would definitely never stay here again!

Hotel was having issues with the elevator not working. First elevator was having power issues. Second elevator did not work at all. Saturday evening their was 4 seniors including myself that had to use the stairs up and down the fourth floor.

Their A/C was broken on our fifth floor room, put it on 68, left for five hours and came back to it still being 75! We asked for a room change and going into the new room on the second floor, it was not clean at all! The next room after that was okay, the window was covered by some tarp after some renovation I’m assuming. Other than all of that, it’s okay to spend the night here but any more than that absolutely not.

Long term stay in Guthrie, Oklahoma. These people are determined to be sure you have the very best stay. The rooms are clean and stocked. The breakfast is really good and varied. The management team is very helpful. The location could not be better. The hotel halls, elevators, and common areas are spotless and well managed. Highest marks to this lodging.

If you like staying somewhere for 3 or 4 nights and never having your room cleaned, this is the place for you. They even tell you they will clean it and don't!

All was going fairly decent until they decided it was time to paint 24 hours into my stay. For the second 24 hours of my stay I was without a view or air conditionin, because the painters covered our windows and our air units.
The front desk did apologize but it didn't change the price that I paid for a view and air conditioning for 2 days and not 1.

I stay at Hampton exclusively. They are consistently clean and well ran. This place was kind of sad. Carpets are stained and filthy. One elevator is broken. Doorknob missing on outside door. The place could use a refresh and remodel. The staff is great, food areas are clean and well presented.

Stay in hotel for 3 nite and our room was never clean, dI ring our stay.I had to ask for towels every day. The front desk girl said they clean rooms every other day which is bullshit they should have fresh sheets and towels and garbage taken out every day. Compared to other Hampton Inn’s this place is just odd and not as nice. Rooms, especially king rooms have an odd layout, spacious, but just feels odd. Rooms were clean but felt very humid/moist no matter how cold you made the room. It also just had a strange smell, not bad, just odd.

Dirty floors, counter tops, hallways. Carpet so badly stained in the room and some topical muck I couldn't identify. Shower and bathroom good. Bed and linens clean. Service-exceptional! What's more sad is that I looked at other reviews up to a year back and same complaints! It obviously never gets fixed even with the same bad reviews! Breakfast was OK, not warm enough, in my opinion. Was searching for hand sanitizer, and it was only by the elevator. You need some by the food! Not going back. And can someone at hotels please get bigger garbage cans in the room?

The app did not work to open door (multiple people had this issue) front desk couldn’t do anything about it. The room was not clean there was dirt all around the bathroom floors and a dead bug. Only one of the ice machines on all the floors worked and the pool looked disgusting. Not a clean place or a great place to stay.
