Not to impressed with customer service as far as getting back to you in a timly manner since it changed names. New loan officer Kenny can never hardly find the time to get back to my son. No matter what the outcome the customer service should still respect their loyal customers.
My husband and I have been VERY loyal customers for over 30+ years. My son has been for 4 or 5 yrs.
Someone needs to address response time.

If I could give them zero stars i absolutely would this bank takes too long to update your balance! It will show things have been taken out but not apply it to your balance we had Wells Fargo for years and never had this issue! You’re making times harder on people when they are plenty hard already! We will be switching!

System is way too slow. Takes days to update to correct balance, spend money I don’t have because it takes their system so long to update to your correct balance. Had Wells Fargo 10+ years and their systems was always instant so I don’t have this problem. Going to be switching banks really really soon enough is enough. Always an issue with the app and my cards, this bank is 25 years behind the times

Opened an account. Libbey Mott was the one that helped me. She is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. I'll deal with her from now on, if possible. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel welcome, including Libbey. Thank you all for a very good experience!!

I have had an account here for at least a year. I did not use my account all the time and now I wanted to apply for a loan and can't because they closed my account without my authorization. That is not fair because to try to to get a loan you have to have account at least 6 months. So what is a person to do when a facility dies things without yu our knowjedge and screws you in the process. If I knew they would do this I would have never even opened an account with them to begin with.
