From the very first moment I walked through the door, she treated me like an old friend. After just one single visit, she already remembered and greeted me by my first name!

Cat is incredibly helpful and doesn't miss a beat—she manages to guide you perfectly while still warmly greeting every customer who walks by. She clearly knows the store inside and out (and I hear she’s an absolute wizard in the paint department, which I look forward to utilizing next time!). For the time I was shopping there, she made me feel so welcome that I completely forgot I wasn’t at my old regular store. I left with exactly what I needed.
