All I needed was a gift card. The clerk couldn’t figure out how to sell it to me. Went to other register & checked out other customers then came back to call the manager that “she just left” didn’t do anything to help. I Offered to get a gift card from the gift card area instead of the one @ register. I was told I’d have to do $20 even tho, it’s stated on the package 5-200. I said that’s fine I’ll stick to the one without packaging. After the clerk gout off the phone & said “I can’t do it”, I paid with cash for my soda. Was told they didnt have any pennys & she just looks @ me. I said ok, she asked if it was ok if I didn’t get the pennies.. well since there’s a line behind me, NO. So, Casey’s your welcome for the 3 cents “tip”
Oh & when she checked the 2 receipts on register, neither was mine & asked if I needed the receipt. NO, let’s not make the even longer line of people wait for a receipt you probably wasn’t trained on reprinting & the manager u would call not help you in serving your customer.

Came here to leave a review and the first comment was about the manager. This is exactly why I'm leaving one as well. Went to get coffee as we have on other days throughout our stay here in Oklahoma. One of their coffee machines needed to be serviced so I asked the first employee I saw. She came over serviced the machine and slammed the counter door with the biggest attitude like we interrupted her from something more important like gossiping with other coworkers. Didn't know she was the manager until my husband said he had experience the same attitude from her on another one of his gas and coffee runs. I can't say the same of all the staff.

They are never open at 4 am like the hours say. I'm sitting in front of the store as we speak. It is 4:28 am and they are closed.

THE MANAGER HERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!! BE A LEADER AND HELP YOUR PEOPLE OUT INSTEAD OF TELLING EVERYONE IN THE STORE EVERYTHING GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE. BRO, WE DONT CARE! HELP YOUR CASHIER'S RING SOME PEOPLE UP AND GET THEM OUT THE DOOR. ALSO, HELP THEM CLEAN THAT PLACE UP AND KEEP THE COFFEE GROUNDS FILLED! OTHER THAN THAT, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME.

we go there for the pizza so good ,
decent price ,we live in Spavinaw we went to Pryor for a med. 3 topping pizza it cost $28. we never had a problem with Casey's .
Vegetarian options: lots of veg. toppings for pizza
Parking: Jay parking has handicap parking
Kid-friendliness: we have no small children but we have seen a lot of kids there
Wheelchair accessibility: yes

I ordered a pizza but it wasn't ready when I got there because I misunderstood the time so I waited in the parking lot and the guy at the register was very nice and polite. While I was waiting outside he was kind enough to bring the pizzas to my car without even asking. Very kind the store is always convenient and always has such nice people working here.

Pissy attitudes. Who knew they closed at 8:00pm? I was in the bathroom, came out and all the lights were off and the door locked. I had to holler at an employee in the kitchen to let me out. Obviously I was going to purchase something for the use of the restroom, but as I was told "Uh we're closed", so.

I ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was undercooked. Wings were cold. Service is always great, but it is a gossip center for that little town. The cashier in November 2023 was talking so badly about someone to a friend standing in the store. It embarrassed me! Not good to have a friend stand in the store as you work. Gossip with them, is not a good idea. Never know who may walk in, a relative etc.

The Jay store does NOT open at 4am! Their pumps are not 24 hrs either! If you need gas at 4am I suggest the Y their pumps & store is open!

Every time I order I show up 10 minutes after my pick up time and every time they have yet to start my order when I arrive! And more trimes than I can count the staff is ungodly rude after 6pm. My food is very rarely made right unless management is there keeping them in line. It's sad that Casey's just isn't what it use to be when it comes to service.
