“Update, Thank you so very much for taking care of my issue. I realize I failed to press the "Stop" button after rinsing off my motorcycle. So my issue was my own fault and you all stepped up and made me a very happy customer!!I sent you an email on the 4th of October and still haven't received a reply. I used my debit card on the 28th to rinse off my motorcycle. I turned it off and the water shut off at 1 minute, I understand there is a $2.00 minimum but my card was charged $10.00. Like the majority of the reviews, your car wash has gone down hill. Little to no soap, cold water during soap cycle. It would be so stellar if this car wash was in good working order. Again!
