I love chase but this location is the worst. You have to go through many obstacles to get money out of your own account. Even with identification provided, it is still a task. There were 2 tellers and only 2 customers ahead of me. It seemed to take awhile. But I don't know what business they were doing. But once it was my turn, The service was courteous , thorough and helpful.

What a joke, lmao. Walked in to open a checking and savings account for my wife and I personal use.. and I am a combat Veteran. The Jenks Chase just claimed they didn't have time for us. Ok then. I'm sure there's 100 banks in Tulsa that will take my money
