Turned out to be a loose ground connection that was causing inconsistent power. Fix took less than an hour. I appreciated how they didn’t guess and actually tested step by step. Everything has been normal since then. Reception was a bit slow to respond when I arrived, but mechanic work was efficient and careful.”

The guys here are amazing, they did exactly what I asked and got me in and out with no issues or complications. “The only reason ai am giving a 5 is because Dennis (technician) was very courteous and professional. The company itself is a one star only because of communication. They tell you someone has to be there from 8 to 5. Then they txt you with a two hour window and it changed 4 times. The only way you know is to keep checking your email. You can’t talk to a live person just AI or a bot. It was the most frustrating ordeal and I had to sit in a house with no AC from 8am to 7:30p.”

“My AC completely stopped working during a hot afternoon drive, so I dropped in without an appointment. They were busy but still managed to check it within an hour. Found a faulty compressor relay and replaced it quickly. The cooling is now strong again even in traffic jams. Price was reasonable considering the urgency. Only downside was limited seating while waiting, but I guess that’s expected in a small workshop. Overall, they handled a stressful situation quite calmly.”
