“My daughter is a student at UCO and several hours away from home. She had a water pump/timing chain go out on her car in April and the staff was so helpful! There was a complication with a component of the timing chain in July, and it had to be towed back to Edmond to be fixed. The employees (Mike) were kind, helpful and guaranteed the work/part. For a stressful event, they made the process so very smooth! We will be using them for our automotive needs! It relieves this momma’s mind to know we have a place for our automotive needs while my daughter is working/living and going to school! 💙💛”
“We were in town for the weekend and ended up needing an emergency alignment and 4 new tires to be able to drive the 600 miles home. We came in 1 hour before closing on a Saturday and they had us all fixed up and out the door in less than an hour. Awesome people, great service, entertaining conversations with the employees while we waited and so far we really like the Big O brand tires we purchased. Highly recommend this shop!”

Told me he recommended I go back to the place where I just got the tires so they can balance them for free, and he didn’t charge me anything.
