I love the self checkout section for certain items (excluding gas understandably) gas prices are always good and great cold drink selections such as red bull and monsters at the back. Great management and it being open 24 hours is fantastic on my end. Much love!”
“Grilled? Definitely not. Half burned bread. Edges had burned taste.. bread was toasted crispie.. and dried completely out. I was SO disappointed.

“***** Update***** The QT has Redeemeditself.The store manager Juan called me this morning and apologized for everything that happened to me. I couldn't ask for a nicer response than what I received from him.I give him a 5 Stars for Excelence in Customer Service.I also received a call from Tori in Division Corporate, who also was Excellent in 5 Star Service.IT'S BEEN A WEEK TODAY AND NO ONE FROM CORPORATE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. ?Stopped in heavy traffic at 61st. St. & Lewis around 3pm Friday. I look up at the QT sign and it says: 1.03 for premium gas. Obvious that it's a mistake since reguis 2.67I continue down Lewis to Walmart & Walgreens to shop.Come back an hour later, I look at the sign and on the north side says 1.03 gal. for premium and the south side says 2.03 gal. for premium. So I stop at the gas pump and it shows 3.03 gal.I go into the store and the the guy at the counter identifies himself ad the store manager Cage G. Very rude and defensive young man. I tell him about the price being wrong. I told him he still needed to sell me the gas at 1.03 gal. Otherwise that is clearly False Advertisement. He said No, the price is 3.03 and if didn't like it to leave. I asked for the number of the regional manager and was refused. He finally gave me the Customer Service number and I left Boiling made.I feel he should have Thanked me and at least given me a QT gift card to make up the difference in price. But know he gets me all upset sends my blood pressure thru the roof.I did call customer service and spoke with a very nice young lady, who calmed me down and took all the information. She assured me the real store manager and regional manager would call me .Still waiting for the call. Will update when hear back.Normally I get nothing but the best service from the great team that QT hires, but not today.I have been aloyal QT customer for over 60 years as a kid in Tulsa.”

“Very, very clean store with a good selection of food. I like burritos with all types of ingredients, so I tried there Smoked Brisket Burrito. It was one of the best burritos of all time, loaded with meat, potatoes, and a variety of cheeses. YUMMY!”

“The tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam’s Club is the best. I had special ordered a tire over the phone with the call center that never arrived. It had been sent to another store by mistake. Jason the department manager tracked it down and let us know he finally got it. He worked us in that day and it was fixed. I won’t go anywhere else for tires.”
“If you need something and they don't have it. Let them know and they will get it so it would be at your convience. Friendly staff. They treat everyone like family.”

“Depending on which one you go to. Like I went to the one on 4st garnett and the guy at the register acted like taking money out of my hand was going to poison him. He wouldn't bag my items he just opened a bag for me and dropped it on the counter before I could grab it. He took money from a white woman's hand but not mine I'm native American.”

“I bet I am in a quick trip every day. Either for fuel for our company trucks or just stopping to grab something to drink or snack on.
The one thing they all have in common is they are super fast and friendly.
Today this one stuck out because of the two gentlemen behind the counter.
You cannot believe how overly friendly they were. They were asking how the customers day was going, wishing them a happy Sunday, and thanking everyone for coming in.
I stopped by this morning and thought that I should leave a review because it was so over the top friendly today.
I stopped back by this afternoon to get something to drink and it was the exact same experience 4 1/2 hours later.
I wish I would’ve had the guys names, but they were incredible.

“Well first off this was the best gas price that i had encountered in quite some time! There were also posted offers of cents off if you download their APP or if you get their credit card. I may have to look into both of these options. I love being able to support a small gas station in Sapulpa. Tonight their price on E10 Regular was $2.59 while Murohy/Walmart was $2.89 and it even appeared dark/closed??? I also went inside Phillips 66 and received great customer service. Solid 5 stars!!!”

“This is a busy busy store. Great employees. They make their own pizza and snacks. Did I mention this is the only gas station in town. Gas is priced reasonable. My lotto buying spot. Lots of vape stuff.”
