“The Timbers is now under new management, and my experience during the tour was excellent. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent. They took the time to answer all of my questions, including concerns I had after reading some of the previous reviews.
I was especially impressed that management already has a plan in place to address potential A/C issues going forward. I also asked around about the area at other apartment communities, and I consistently heard that this is considered a safe area to live.
The exterior of the apartments definitely has a unique look, but the interiors are very nice and well maintained. From the studios all the way up to the townhomes, there are some exceptional options depending on what you’re looking for.
Overall, I had a great experience touring The Timbers and was impressed with the direction the new management is taking the community. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a tour for yourself!”

“I have had problems in the 6 months of living here. But I must say that Kasey and James have been great!
James is always there to fix the issue. I will put in a request and he will be at my apartment within a couple hours to resolve tge problem. He will come out after hours to resolve my problem if he feels it's an emergency
Kasey and Jamez are the best! James by far is tge best maintenance person I've had in all the years of renting !”
