The new manager is really making a difference. The renovated units seem to look really nice. I love the location of the apartments & that I don’t have to pay thousands for rent!

Overall a good place to call home. Manager changed and has a lot more of the property under control. Good place for the price and well located in a quiet area of town.

The renovated apartments are really nice; you can tell the new managers are working hard to turn the place around. I like the extra outdoor space compared to my old apartment in Lawton. Rent is affordable.
