“Ben member for forty years and it this is the only place I have done all financial business and I think they are out standing there are quick and easy to take care of business and great people”
“Valencia at the service desk was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband has been having NFCU app issues for 3 years (iOS issues) and we have gone into the local branch for assistance on three different occasions and got no answers. Today we went in AGAIN because of being completely locked out, and Valencia fixed everything within 5 minutes. She understood everything we explained of our experiences and she had a solution within seconds of us explaining everything. Her customer service was amazing, she had such a bright and positive attitude! We need more people like her in this world! Thank you Valencia!”
