“INSIDE WALMART ON QUANAH PARKER I can’t say enough great things about my experience! I originally came in because I was having issues with a check deposit, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of treating me like just another customer. I wasn’t even a member when I first walked in, but after seeing the level of customer service and learning about everything they had to offer, I decided to switch. I had banked with Arvest for four years, but after they introduced a new fee and I compared the benefits, City National offered so much more. The entire process was easy, and I felt welcomed from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a bank that truly values its customers. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and a bank that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend giving City National a chance. They definitely earned a lifelong customer! THANK YOU NECHELLE THANK YOU CLARISSA”

“Absolutely outstanding service from one of the associates named LeAnne. She helped my mother with an external account transfer that was quite complex. She was able to assist us with getting our issues resolved, but also was very thorough with providing us an explanation as to what caused the issue to begin with. All in all, my mother and I were treated wonderfully and I highly recommend this place just for this positive interaction alone. Excellent service!”

“What truly sets Sovereign Bank apart is how deeply they care about their customers, not just inside the bank, but beyond it. They treat you like family, and that’s not just a slogan—it’s their culture. In a world where customer service is often rushed or impersonal, Sovereign Bank stands out as a beacon of true community and connection. If you’re looking for a bank that values relationships as much as transactions, this is the place to be.”

“Everyone is always so courteous and helpful. I have been banking with them for about 10 years. In that that 10 years, only one error was made at the location on Gore Blvd and it was corrected promptly. There is an awesome teller named Bradyn that works at the branch on Lee that is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and intelligent. Not only is he an awesome employee but he’s also an awesome human being. Every time I have visited this location, his service had always been on point! He also always had answers to questions that I have. He is an asset to Arvest bank. I highly recommend this bank.”

“I had an amazing experience at the main bank today, and would like to recognize Madison for her professionalism and her outstanding customer service. I had a bit of a minor crisis on my hands with a personal check, and she jumped right to action to help me, was informative and friendly, and is definitely a great and positive reflection on City National Bank. Once my transaction was completed, I requested information about opening a new account, and Madison walked me through the different accounts offered by City National, their advantages, and associated perks. I can not understate just how swiftly my day was turned around and made, and intend fully to open an account with City National Bank & Trust based entirely on the positivity of this experience. You're awesome, Madison, thank you very much for your help, and thank you, City National Bank & Trust!”
