I originally came in because I was having issues with a check deposit, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me instead of treating me like just another customer.

In that that 10 years, only one error was made at the location on Gore Blvd and it was corrected promptly. There is an awesome teller named Bradyn that works at the branch on Lee that is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and intelligent. My husband has been having NFCU app issues for 3 years (iOS issues) and we have gone into the local branch for assistance on three different occasions and got no answers.
