  Long time customer with this bank. Have several accounts. I asked if they had a Notary to sign a document and verify my signature. They said they could only notarize bank documents. When I went to my local drive through, it closed early due to staffing issues. I drove across town and waited in the drive thru line... read full comment

  By far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. No body wants to work except one banker. No one has time to help you and they are short staffed. Changing accounts ASAP!

  You are better off cashing your check at a local Walmart because at least you will have your funds instantly. If you bank with this bank expect for your checks to be held for a week or longer. And when you do it will only be a portion of your funds. I will definitely be switching banks.
