  Good storage, price was cheap deal from start but prices always jumped, posted numbers for new management but that number don’t help move outs, number online is only to rent and no help for information on move outs!

  My first unit had no locking latch on the outside of the unit, after I had moved in all my items in the unit and attempted to lock the unit. The representative did transfer me to another unit, so I have to move everything to a new unit. Good customer service by phone, but inconvenience to have to move again.

  Customer Service was real and helpful. Didn’t have to wait too long either
