“I decided to use Public Storage on NW. 38th St. in Lawton mainly because of the way their employee, John, treated me from the phone call to the actual meeting. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and we completed everything in a timely manner. although John was the main reason I decided to use Public Storage, convenience of location to my new home was also a factor. Thank you, John for the great service!”
“My son stored his belongings here while he was in Basic Training at Fort Sill. He ended up staying at Fort Sill another year for his AIT. This storage facility is state of the art, clean, easy to access, simple to maintain and all of the staff are friendly. The manager, James is extremely dedicated to his clients and strongly supports military and family members! I highly recommend Storage 'R' Us to anyone in the Fort Sill/Lawton area!”
“Steven was very helpful and friendly as was the new guy. He got us a storage unit and, much to my son's delight, even took us to view it in his golf cart. He answered all my questions and made sure I was able to enter and exit with no issues and knew the gate access hours. He was very thorough and I really appreciate that. Thank you.”

“First time needing to rent a storage unit and these wonderful ladies made it super simple! Couldn’t have asked for a better reasonable yet more convenient option.”
“I love this business. I have not had a company that tries as hard as the employees here do help their customers and they are such a lovely bunch, always friendly and smiling. The storage buildings are kept up well and if there is a problem they are right there to help. There is no calling and waiting for a call back from someone you never see to try and either rent a bldg or have a problem resolved. There is always a friendly employee saying hello to you as you walk in the door. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and to some that don’t🥰😍”

“A calm and friendly environment, perfect for getting laundry done without too much hassle. Takes a couple runs for the driers, but I'm glad they still take quarters. Haven't gone anywhere else to do my laundry. >w<”
“The ladies at Storage Depot are miracle workers. I moved my belongings here after a terrible experience with a different company, and they were so kind and addressed every one of my concerns and have always gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. “Pros: Sarena is the reason for the 5 stars. She was one of the best customer service reps I have encountered in a long time. She is a true asset to the company. They better take care of her as she has a bright future wherever her career takes her.
They did my move affordable.
Cons: they should make it transparent there is a price difference for one way vs two way, specifically trailers that don't track mileage. I saved almost half the price by returning trailer to same pickup location. (350 miles!)”
“Guy that owns place is very nice. Will work with you and is a straight forward person. Complex is kinda old need of updating but still gets the job done with good prices. (Balanced)”
