“My son stored his belongings here while he was in Basic Training at Fort Sill. He ended up staying at Fort Sill another year for his AIT. This storage facility is state of the art, clean, easy to access, simple to maintain and all of the staff are friendly. The manager, James is extremely dedicated to his clients and strongly supports military and family members! I highly recommend Storage 'R' Us to anyone in the Fort Sill/Lawton area!”

I wanted an indoor climate controlled unit but when John saw the unit number assigned he walked me through the buildings to show me the differences between indoor unit & an indoor climate controlled unit & quickly switched the unit over to the one that best suited my needs.”

“I love this business. I have not had a company that tries as hard as the employees here do help their customers and they are such a lovely bunch, always friendly and smiling. The storage buildings are kept up well and if there is a problem they are right there to help. There is no calling and waiting for a call back from someone you never see to try and either rent a bldg or have a problem resolved. There is always a friendly employee saying hello to you as you walk in the door. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and to some that don’t🥰😍”

“Pros: Sarena is the reason for the 5 stars. She was one of the best customer service reps I have encountered in a long time. She is a true asset to the company. They better take care of her as she has a bright future wherever her career takes her.
They did my move affordable.
Cons: they should make it transparent there is a price difference for one way vs two way, specifically trailers that don't track mileage. I saved almost half the price by returning trailer to same pickup location. (350 miles!)”
“Called in to rent a storage unit today and was able to get access today. Did everything over the phone with Shelby. She was very helpful and explained everything to me, got a gate code shortly after and off I went. Got to the storage and found my unit with no issue. Thankful for a smooth process due to it raining I was in a bit of a hurry.”
