However, customer service can be inconsistent at times. One customer had a positive experience with Tanji, who helped them upgrade their entire kitchen, while another had difficulty finding the items they were looking for online. Notably, the Lawton store has a remarkable young salesperson in the appliances department, Savannah, who went above and beyond to help a customer in a crisis situation, even arranging for a replacement freezer and assistance. Her "We can get this done" attitude and dedication to providing excellent service are a testament to Lowe's commitment to its customers.
Always the best very friendly staff easy to find items. 5☆Always a great place to by plants and all your garden things. I just prefer them to the competitors. Self checkout is a breeze!!
