Lowes has very poor customer service. I ordered a drier and it came with a wrong power cord . I go back to lowes and pay for another power cord of money I didn't have and not to mention the gas I didn't have to get a power cord . I took that power cord home come to find out it was still the wrong cord . I went back again to get some help and they told me there was nothing that they can do . So I paid for a cord I can't get my money back even with receipt. I called corporate and they told me there is nothing that they can do . I don't get it . Where I am from costumer is your paycheck . If a customer has a problem you roll up your sleeves and take care of that costumer. I will never spend my hard earn money in that store again . Nobody and even corporate showed no empathy towards me . Smdh

Needed to buy a fridge because mine had died. After going to other stores and having terrible experiences I was helped by Tanji at Lowes. She was phenomenal. Not only did she know her stuff but she was so nice my wife ended up upgrading our whole kitchen.

I love how I can find everything I need at Lowes for all my renovating needs, however when I went the other day, I told the person I was with that I could not set down an item I was going to purchase, the cashier started laughing at me. I kept it cool, but I was ready to say it all up there. I'm disabled and I have had two surgeries on that arm. I walk with a cane so I had the person I was with hel0 me because if that woman would have gotten any closer, I might get banned from Lowes, she was pathetically RUDE.

Absolute trash service. Especially on the managers part. Waited for our washer to be taken to the front and they let someone else buy it from under us. Hope the manager who sees this realizes they failed a family of six today.

Clean store with very helpful employees. Freddie was extremely helpful when we needed a ladder taken off the upper shelf and she even found us a ladder on clearance that met our needs.

Clean and well organized store, there are some dedicated employees who are helpful. But customer service is lacking from time to time.
