My husband has been having NFCU app issues for 3 years (iOS issues) and we have gone into the local branch for assistance on three different occasions and got no answers. Today we went in AGAIN because of being completely locked out, and Valencia fixed everything within 5 minutes. She understood everything we explained of our experiences and she had a solution within seconds of us explaining everything.
