I've been printing shipping labels here for years. The staff showed me how to print from email and would give me shipping sleeves to put the printing labels in. One staff member the day before yesterday informed me that I could no longer have the sleeves unless I shipped through ups apparently and basically that I was freeloading. Keep in mind that I was given them to begin with and had no idea. She was very rude and argumentative. Shes a light-skinned young short female. I did not get her name. It was embarrassing. I just said thank you and walked out.

Cust service is lacking. Would recommend going to another office store and don’t use for UPS. They have no idea what they are doing. Tore my package all up and then sent me off to find an actual UPS Store.

Returned to Lawton on 7 July 23 in the afternoon from an appointment at the Oklahoma Tax Commission office in OKC with a state issued card. I was told at the appointment this card could be laminated. Clerk in Lawton Staples took one look at the card said we can't laminate those. After inquiring if he had a state or staples directive stating it could not be laminated, the clerk tossed the card on the counter and terseley replied he would not laminate it. Salespeople and clerks should be taught some form of customer courtesy when not providing a service that generates income to a business. There is a way to handle any situation and this clerk failed at it. It's unfortunate but Staples in Lawton will not be my first choice for future purchases of any kind. Got what I needed laminated across the street. If an employee cannot provide an income generating sale for something quite routine, please train them to articulate why that sale cannot be made. I could take an explanation. In the absence of that, I'll go elsewhere.

Refused to accept my prepaid ups shipments and claimed it was because my box was too big and they can't accept it because of policy. That statement was a lie, i have worked at staples in the past and that isnt a thing.This box was fairly large but still smaller than the typical office chairs box they sell in store. The manager Marcus shouldn't be in his position if that is what he considers "customer service " it's basically because they don't want to work.

The supervisor was not very helpful in the print area. Trying to buy some business cards that I designed on their site and I just needed a couple of simple changes that could be done in store but apparently she was not interested in my business.

I stopped by Staples in Lawton Oklahoma at 7:15 p.m. 10 April 2023, first of all, I waited at the counter for approximately five minutes for the lady to even turn around to acknowledge me. Then I told her I needed a card laminated half the size of a credit card, and she said nothing can be done after 2 PM and besides, she is busy. Talking about customer service to the fullest of satisfaction. I am seriously disappointed with the customer service at Staples in Lawton Oklahoma.

Went to print and copy center and was treated very rude ! Lady acted like I was such an inconvenience even speaking to her! I don’t understand why people even apply for these jobs and then be rude to people

Rude manager, really anti-consumer return policy (after 14 days you can't even get store credit). Don't bother. Get all your office supplies on Amazon and let this dinosaur die.

Do not go, business wise they never can do anything i need. Only go here to check because I have to everytime. They can't do it large laminating, bulk orders, or walking in print request without making an account online and uploading them. Just pass on by and know, no they can't do it

The print section have the rudest female worker. I walked in after the store being open 30 minutes. I needed important documents copied due to an upcoming closing appointment the same day. I was told by the female worker in print section I need to catch up and have work to do. You have to use the self printer and email whatever to this email on a card. So if you need items copied follow instructions on self copier the staff will not assist you due to they have work to do. Just Horrible.
