“Steven was very helpful and friendly as was the new guy. He got us a storage unit and, much to my son's delight, even took us to view it in his golf cart. He answered all my questions and made sure I was able to enter and exit with no issues and knew the gate access hours. He was very thorough and I really appreciate that. Thank you.”

“The store manager at the Cache Road store is amazing and helpful. I had to go here after the two INCREDIBLY LAZY employees at the 38th Street location barely touched the computer and wouldn't pick up the phone when I went there to get my truck and it wasn't available. If I hadn't been able to transfer my reservation to Jonathan at the Cache Road store, I would have used Penske before I'd ever walked in the door of another UHaul. Because of the amazing professionalism and customer service at Cache Road, I will be returning to rent another truck this weekend.”
“Pros: Sarena is the reason for the 5 stars. She was one of the best customer service reps I have encountered in a long time. She is a true asset to the company. They better take care of her as she has a bright future wherever her career takes her.
They did my move affordable.
Cons: they should make it transparent there is a price difference for one way vs two way, specifically trailers that don't track mileage. I saved almost half the price by returning trailer to same pickup location. (350 miles!)”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would! My family and I just moved down here not knowing anyone or having anything with us. ABF was the worst company I dealt with for a PCS move. Anyways come and find this place on google and Mo saved the day! Mo is excellent and really truly cares! Mo saw my husband unloading the trailer by himself (I’m at home with our baby) and called his buddy to come and help my husband! We are truly so thankful for this company and the worker Mo. Fantastic business! They are 100% military friendly! Thank you for being so kind and understanding on top of what is already hard to do with moving to a brand new area! Highly recommend!”
