“Shane and Logan provided outstanding service to me in Ardmore. Below is my review posted to his main office page.Because he serves Marietta as well, I felt it was necessary to share this experience with those in Love County.————“Shane is a genuinely good man, and wonderful to work with. He is professional, respectful, and courteous over the phone.I recently got a tow from him to get my vehicle away from Missile Tow right up the road.That company gave me the run around, were rude, and weren’t in office during business hours 8-5, M-F. It was $300 for their tow, not including storing fees. The officer on duty for my wreck called them while I was in the ambulance. Missile Tow gave my insurance agent trouble as well, and my agent had to call twice on my behalf.We waited on Missile Tow’s owner’s wife, Betty, who answers the phone as well, for an hour during office hours to return. While waiting, I decided I wasn’t going to give them one more penny to tow my car to Southwest Collision. Had I not been in the ambulance, I would’ve called Shane myself.Shane’s tow was only $100, and Logan came quickly to get my car loaded up after Betty finally arrived at her leisure to release my vehicle. He was respectful, kind, and professional, something I was needing after the wreck and my experiences with Missile. He represented the company well, as did Shane.I am relieved these two turned my nightmare into a good experience. They were actually available, and don’t overcharge just because they can.Please learn from my misfortune. Headaches caused by unprofessionalism and inflated prices were the last thing I needed after a wreck.If you are ever in a car wreck, make sure the officer calls Shane and NOT Missile Tow. You’ll have far better service, prices, and be respected as a human being by not only him, but also those he employs.I sincerely thank Shane and Logan, this review was well earned.
