“I went to Otasco on advice from a man who worked elsewhere. When I called I was told that they possibly had the part in stocks, after a phone call and looking at all the numbers on my mower I was told she had it in the store stock. I drove to Marlow from Duncan and I brought the handle the part needed to fit. Not only did Mike put the part in the handle for me but after the story of my fight to take it apart( of course it needed a star bit or screwdriver) Mike handed me one of his star driver. He said he had a lot of them. I will be getting more when I need this type of item from Otasco great people and service.”
“I frequent ace for my plumbing company. They have a large selection of older style seats and stems for repair. I pick up good deals on pvc fittings, brass fittings and tools. Ace has the home town feel with a little bit of everything. Always friendly staff willing to help.”
“They will likely have anything you need for most smaller projects around the house or farm. It’s a hardware store not a lumber yard, so if you’re building a house you may not find everything you need. A little on the pricier side but they can’t be making anything, and always saves me from having to go to Chickasha or Duncan so I’m super happy they are there,”
“I feel bad not only for the employees but for the store themselves, and the company as a whole. the staff is great, and the company as a whole is working genuinely to make a better tool at a lower prices, Pittsburgh line of tools are great, often a one or two time use then to trash but the ICON line of tools genuinely good tools, Anyways, the store is often very clean and nicely laid out easily one of my favorite stores to visit along with others. it's honestly a shame to see so much theft in this store people stealing icon branded stuff wrenches etc shows me it's not really a "need" it's a want and a want to not pay for things. depressing”
