“The customer service, and tire technicians, were understanding and very helpful. They will answer any questions you have. The place is nice, and clean. The price for services meets your needs. I would recommend this place to people online, friends, and family. I tried to get online, to get into a website they have, but couldn't get to it, anyway, it's a great place to go to get your car, SUV, truck, heavy trucks, semis, and trailer to get repair, or tires.”

“I like taking my Fiat to Sherman’s Import Tek. They are super friendly, reminds me of doing business in the old days with a family run business. Nice and courteous and there’s nothing that they cannot fix, even if you need your motor rebuilt or replaced with another one. When I leave the shop I have a good comfort zone that the work was done right and the prices are in line with anyone you use. Plus, it’s not all price, it’s the quality of the work, the expertise behind the work with good quality parts which is more important than the price to me. And once again, down home people in a family run business, the best of both worlds. David Pullum”

“Mike, his family, and crew are the best. We have been bringing our vehicles to him for 7 years now, and have always received top notch service, fair pricing, and most of all customer service that proves our vehicle is just as important as the rest of his customers'. “It's been a while but I just remembered this. Years ago my brother, his fiancé, and I were driving from San Antonio to Chicago. We broke down in McAlester. We were stuck. Any shop could have taken advantage of us. It would have been easy. John Wayne did not do that. They diagnosed our problem and tried to keep our costs down. They got us fixed up the same day because they knew we were just traveling through. Years later I still remember this shop very fondly.”
