“I brought my ‘13 F150 in to Barlow in Feb ‘24 to run a 100k mile inspection and to diagnose a grinding noise that started (of course) right before I needed to hit the highway for Texas. When I came by, the Barlow team had a full lot and garage—clearly they weren’t hurting for business. I was sure it would be 2+ weeks before they saw me. Nope! They committed to working on the truck within a few short days and honored their word. The diagnosis was rough but not surprising given my job—new wheel hub and bearing assembly, CV axle shaft replacement, new water pump. Again, I assumed the worst—I was about to be out thousands of bucks. Again, nope! The Barlow team took care of me for what I feel was a very reasonable price. Throughout all of this, the whole team was communicative and a genuine pleasure to chat with. God willing, I won’t need a mechanic again any time soon…but when I do, I’ll be back at Barlow.”
