On 6 -29-24 I went in the Mcalester store twice , no one spoke or told me to sign in or anything people were just sitting around , I went to buy a phone , but could not get any help no one even said wiat in line nothing , I think they need to have a better system , so anyways won’t be back no one said j

The cell service is decent. Some places in town I lose service or if I'm traveling I lose service in spots. Never had this happen with straight talk which is what I had for 5 years prior to US Cellular. Overall I am happy with my phone. I have a galaxy s23+. When I initially got it last year, I was in office for hours waiting on everything to be transferred from the old phone to new phone and that was exhausting and they kept trying to get me to get device protection and phone accessories. So that was annoying. My bill fluctuates from $85-$120 so that's annoying never knowing what it will be month to month. Never had that problem with straight talk either.

Customer service is terrible, they don't greet you as you come in . They move awfully slow to attend to you. We walked out, we thought of changing over , but after this , no way. I rather pay a little more, but when I need help at least they try to get to you as soon as possible. If Customer service is like this, they can keep their savings.

Waited in line for over an hour and half and had to just walk out cause I didn't have any time left. Got there before 11 and left about 12:30. Seen many people come in and leave cause it was taking too long. I had a meeting at 1pm so I thought 2 hours is plenty of time but went 1.5 hrs and haven't even been seen yet. Four people working.
They need more people. All this did is made me lose my lunch break, trouble with work for being late, cause more stress to my life, and i have nothing to show for it cause i never got helped. Unacceptable.

Currently been sitting here for now 42 minutes. Anybody who has came in after me has been checked in, the lady doing that and another male worker walked out with 4 customers on the floor who hasn't even been talked too. Those 2 workers walked back in went to the back and still hasn't came back out. Phones have rang 6 times endlessly in a row and the poor ladies that are still working I feel so bad for. This is very sad and no way to conduct business during the busiest times of day

Stuck pay on a broke phone and line and there insurance will not cover any phone I ever broke ,will be switching companies when my contract expires!!!they will not work with u,u use them go for only the free phones

This place is impossible to cancel your contract, they will lie to you and just keep billing you. You cannot cancel on line, you cannot cancel on the phone, I did so twice, they never actually cancel, so after three months you owe them even more. They could care less at the store, I had a photo my Driver's ID, front and back, they forced me to drive home and get my actual ID. After another hour there, still no proof of cancellation. They should just use a gun when you walk in the door , demand your money and be done with it, what they do is nothing less than armed robbery to the tune of $425.00 just so far. If I could I'd call the police when I walked in the door, cause they are going to steal money from you. I can promise every new customer this will happen. SO BUY SOME OTHER SERVICE. These guys voted for BIDEN.

My 82 year-old mother purchased a phone for my 92 year-old dad at the store in McAlester Oklahoma. She did this because she was paying Significantly more than $29 for an additional line on her other plan. They assured her she would have 15 days to return it If it did not work for him with his hearing aids or if it was too difficult for him to use. She went into the store on the 15th day to cancel the plan and get a refund as his health had regressed significantly.. They could not find where she purchased the phone even though she Showed the transaction on her banking app. She talked to several different people in the store who were very helpful and they even called customer service in Tennessee. Still nothing. They apologized to her and told her that they would work on it and They would honor the 15 day policy Since she had initially come in on the 15th day . My dad passed away A few days later. She had not heard from the store so she and I returned to the store one week later and they still could not figure out how to get her a refund. We again left with assurance they would honor the 15 day refund policy. They were supposed to call us when they figured it out but no call in 7 days. my mom returned to the store today and their answer was that she could not get a refund on the phone now because when she came in on the 15th day It was actually the 17th day because they had ordered the phone for her and it took 2 days to get it. Apparently your 15 days starts when you pay for the phone not when you have it in your possession. Im Sure that it is in the fine print but She's 82 and just lost her husband and never even used the phone! The local employees were all extremely nice and felt terrible about the situation and said that it was a corporate decision. One of the employees even offered to buy the phone from my mom because they felt so bad. Since then I have read hundreds of horrible Reviews. DON'T USE THEM!
