“I called ahead to order a specific water heater, and the employees were really helpful and patient. It arrived as early as estimated, and when I went to pick it up, they were ready to help me make sure it was the right one, get me the right pvc pipes for it, and help me load it into my truck, which as a small woman would've been difficult. They knew where the pipes were right away and got them for me so I wouldn't have to search the big warehouse. I'd go there again!”

“Truck driver here. The check in and out was very efficient, spent less then 1 hr which with a live load is pretty good in my book only improvement would be a sign near the road so I can find the building easier”
