“After a less than productive interaction with an employee at the TFCU in Choctaw Oklahoma I decided to take my small business account needs to the TFCU MWC branch. Thankfully Vanessa Garcia was super helpful and knowledgeable. She took the information I had and was able to open my small business account. A couple days later I returned to the MWC branch and worked with Dakota Tatum who helped me get my Small Business Visa. I am super thankful to have TFCU as my personal and now business banking service all due to great staff like Vanessa and Dakota”

“I talked with Taylor at the drive-thru today, the new drive thru. I didn't know how to use the new system. Taylor was extremely professional & pleasant. A ray of sunshine, though the rain was pouring down. She was thorough in helping me navigate the machine, then she advised me to get a debit card to make it easier to use during off hours as well. Later She called, informing me that she could send the debit card form by email, & I could e-sign, which made things so much easier for me. I have been a member for yrs, even in the 90s, I had a car payment through TFCU. This is the first time I have encountered someone like Taylor at any TFCU Branch. Usually the look on their faces is nonchalant, non-caring, & just going through the motions. Taylor was intentional, like she was Ms. Customer Service, which has really become a sinking ship nowadays. I hope she gets a promotion or can teach a class on Customer Service at TFCU.

“Everything about this location is awesome especially the staff and how quick they are and how friendly they are my only issue is if you call the number you are not directly connected to the branch so whoever answers you doesn't actually know what's going on and you get very confused very quickly why can you not call the actual bank itself why can you not speak to the people who were actually helping you”
