“After visiting multiple stores trying to get balloons filled for my daughter’s 4th birthday party—with nothing but excuses from everyone else—we finally came to this location and were lucky enough to be helped by Javier. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and personally made sure the balloons were filled and ready. “I recently had a 5-star experience at this Family Dollar location! Upon entering, Sherman warmly greeted me with a friendly "Hello, welcome in!" His kindness continued to shine when he assisted an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair out to the parking lot during my checkout. The store's parking area was well-maintained, with no potholes or trash. Inside, the store was clean, well-stocked, and clutter-free, with a standard greeting card section.
Although the Little Debbie selection was missing a few items - Swiss Rolls, fudge rounds, Donut Sticks, and mini powdered donuts - the monster drinks were fully stocked, albeit with limited varieties. Sherman's exceptional service and kindness made my shopping experience truly stand out. He deserves recognition from Family Dollar for his role-model behavior.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and wholeheartedly award this location 5 stars! Sherman's attitude and the store's cleanliness and organization made for a pleasant shopping experience.”

“I was looking for a specific sale on 3 for $13 soda, and the cashier asked the store manager if she could go back and show me where the sale items were. I was surprised the store manager took over so she could help me find what I was looking for. I was totally surprised.”
