“This is absolutely the best Family Dollar I have been to. Everytime I enter I get a smile, when I need help I get that to and as I'm leaving I get hooked up with another beautiful smile. An example of getting help is the time I went in to the store looking for something to kill stinky feet and instead of having me buy some spray stuff this very charming lady almost took me by the hand and took me to the baking soda and then to the hydrogen peroxide then she took the time out to tell my dumb ass how to use them together and it really works. But I recommend this Family Dollar to everyone, oh I would almost promise you that you'll get a smile and a good conversation if you act right well you'll get a smile whether you're being a meat head or not.”
“I haven't been in a Dollar tree for myself in a while. This Dollar tree has all kinds of stuff that I didn't know I needed! Also, someone in the register that was open had a bunch of stuff checking out and their manager said she would give me on a different register so I didn't have to wait in line! You don't see that very often anymore.”

“I really like going into Dollar Tree they have cute little things especially for the holidays and the prices for them are usually pretty reasonable. I also like the fact the employees don't feel the constant need for small talk but to get in and get the job done quickly. They are friendly in a professional manner and want to get you in and out quickly so you can enjoy the rest of your day.
Occasionally they will have some of the stuff they are working out on to the shelves/floor in the way but for the most part it is usually easy to manuever the aisles and store.”

I was already upset because a local business was unable to locate the special order for his cake that had been placed 2 weeks ago so it left him without a cake. “I went into the store to get a small bag of dog food and wound up getting a big bag of dog food. When I first came in the door I asked the lady where the dog food was and she pointed to where it was and then said here I'll just show you so she took me back there where the dog food was. I looked at the smaller bags that I usually get, wound up getting a big bag. I am not supposed to carry much weight so I was looking for a basket to use and she offered to take it to the checkout counter. I paid for it and she wound up taking it out to my car for me. She went above and beyond her job, and I truly appreciated it.”

“I wanted to start out by recognizing the outstanding employees DAlLIA & KARIMY AT THE STORE LOCATION FAMILY DOLLAR #1330. I’ve been shopping here for 6 plus years& I never seen this location looking consistently clean, organized & well stocked in maintained. I knew when I came to this store back May that these young ladies had half of the store organized then. Not to mention their professional making customers feeling welcoming excited to shop and willing to help customers with a positive attitude. Clearly they take pride in their work and it truly shows. In my opinion in I’m quite other everyday customers feel the same .This team has done an exceptional job has raised the standards compared to previous years. I want to thank the entire staff for your hardworking and dedication. “I recently visited the Family Dollar at 3400 N. Kelley Ave, searching for Monster Zero Calorie Peachy Keen. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The parking lot was riddled with potholes and trash. Upon entering, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. When I couldn't find the energy drink section, I asked an associate, who informed me that they only had Monster products in the cooler and cardboard display near the checkout. Disappointingly, Peachy Keen was not among them.
However, I was pleased to see a well-stocked Little Debbie section, albeit missing mini powdered donuts. They also had a nice selection of midsized greeting cards. Despite the issues, I would still recommend Family Dollar for daily necessities. The checkout experience was underwhelming, with the cashier failing to make eye contact, greet me, or wear a name tag.
Overall, my visit highlighted areas for improvement, including parking lot maintenance, customer service, and product availability.”

“I had to see what was going on with the closest store to where I moved. I was just looking at the photos again.. I Would never believed it could have been that bad except for the pictures. What I walked into was a very clean, well stocked, and I might mention that as a member of dollar tree management I was proud to see that it was by the book. And Darn it... I was a little jealous because I don't get the hours for stocking that would have my store looking that good. All I can say is more than one somebody has been working their business ends off to recover that store the way they have. Good job Tabitha.”
