“Visit this store for a US Cellular card but store didn't have them. Sandra, was the young lady that helped me. She was kind and went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service should be modeled as an example of what it means to help a customer to the best if your ability. She called different dollar generals to see if they had them and gave great suggestions of other options. Good job Sandra. Please see this review management and give this staff members kudo's at the next staff meeting. Thank you Sandra. I wish you well.”

“I give four stars because everyone else literally in the store is so pleasant and friendly except for the manager Marsha. She's rude as hell. She tries to make it seem like you stealing and you're not. I smile directly at her, she never smiles back. She makes me feel like she's racist. Seriously. You need to get another manager promptly!! And if the district manager is her mom she needs to get a review too because people have complained about this lady I see over and over and the mom is not doing anything about it. She's obviously letting her daughter get away with it because she's her daughter”

“Dollar Tree is what it is, inexpensive essentials. However that's experience was unusually pleasant. A young lady (Kiki, I believe) was working and her energy was contagious. Not the annoying fake happy that you sometimes get. This was genuine, she was helpful and polite, all with a smile. I know I will revisit dollar tree and I hope that my next experience is as good as today's.”

“One of the best store in OKC area. They have refreshed the store with new flooring and stock new items. This one is my go-to!With that being said, I asked about a gentleman who is standing outside the doors, asking for $2 "donations" . I was told that they couldn't do anything about it, it is out of their hands. This is the first time I've encountered this at a store in Midwest City from an individual, not anyone like a group like Girl Scouts.Just wondering.”
