“I came into the store after filing a claim with Assurant through Tmobile. Keaton assisted me with my device. I filed the claim for the wrong part of my phone, and he went out of his was to make sure I got the proper parts of my device fixed.
The Assurant call rep was trying to have me replace the whole device, when it was only my screen and back of device that was damaged.
I ended up saving money that I didn’t have to spend.

“I brought my television (CRT 1st color TV) to T.V. World in 2009. Mr. Coffey was very up front and let me know that my television was a great T.V. and worth repairing. He only charged me $100 and my television is still going strong. I had to have a new converter box and they took care of that for me had to add an inside antenna and they took care of that too. Mr. and Mrs, Coffey have all the integrity, kindness in the world.
