“I brought my television (CRT 1st color TV) to T.V. World in 2009. Mr. Coffey was very up front and let me know that my television was a great T.V. and worth repairing. He only charged me $100 and my television is still going strong. I had to have a new converter box and they took care of that for me had to add an inside antenna and they took care of that too. Mr. and Mrs, Coffey have all the integrity, kindness in the world. Honesty is hard to come by and the fact that they are very honest, veteran and family owned is a plus. as a mother and grandmother and a citizen of Moore I highly recommend them to anyone needing service of a T.V. They are a blessing to the town of Moore and the families they serve. Moore could use more family owned businesses in Moore. They represnt America and a family owned business.”

“My battery wouldn't hold a charge, and after taking it to my neighborhood auto supply to be charged, I found out it was dead and needed replacing. Though it was a few years old, I searched my house for the Batteries Plus warranty, but couldn't find it. I decided to call to see if they could look it up, and they did, and informed me that I still had a couple of weeks on my warranty and that they could test it and swap it out if needed. I assumed it was prorated, and I could at least get a discount, which would be helpful as it's a $250 battery. Nope - swapped it out - I paid nothing!But I'm writing this review because the two people working there that day were super chill, and very helpful to every customer in the store. The guy that helped us, Chris (Chappie) was especially pleasant and efficient with the warranty process. He also ran out to our car as we left, as I left my phone behind. Other stores could definitely take a lesson in customer service from these folks. Thanks guys!”

“This is what the lost art of quality customer service looks like. I brought a 75” TV in for diagnosis and repair. They diagnosed my TV quickly and provided an estimate. When they called me back about the repair, the part that come in had a loose connection. They could have easily put in the part and the TV would have worked for a period of time. Instead, they called me and notified me of the poor quality of the replacement part and that they were ordering a new one. A few days later the TV was fixed and as good as new! These are ethical and skilled people. Highly recommend them for your repair needs!”
