“This location is absolutely incredible. Clean facility, clean restroom, locker room, ans sauna, good equipment, and most importantly the staff is absolutely out of this world. The club manager Megan has been super friendly and welcoming since the day I started exercising here, Darryl is very detailed with cleaning the facilities, Madison is very kind, Allison is also very kind, helpful, and friendly always makes my day with her bright affect and has amazing customer service skills, Jonviae the overnight manager is always in such a great mood and goes above and beyond and that's not easy, anyone whose ever worked over night knows how hard it is to do that. Absolutely incredible people and thats what makes this gym a special place to workout. They all deserve a raise and can do anything they put their minds to. I'm so greatful for this club and truly mean it when I say they make me feel at home and make me feel wanted and welcome. Please take care of this staff because they take care of this business. My family used to go to this gym when it was still All American Fitness and in 2026 for it to be better than it's ever been thru all the years that property has existed is nothing short of incredible.”

“My mother (81) fell back last November. Charlie and the fantastic staff helped her regain her muscles where she can learn to get up from the floor and pick up her feet. They understood what my mother needed to get back to her normal self. My mother is a very active person. My mother has been to other physical therapy (different states), and they NEVER pinpoint what she needed to work on. I HIGHLY recommend Valir Physical Therapy. They listen and care!”

“Great location. Freshly remodeled and really well equipped. I love the free weight section with olympic barbells, and overall great machine selection. Bathrooms were clean and the stalls for drying after the shower are carpeted and have wood benches. (This is a huge improvement to my home location that has essentially an empty bathroom stall with tall metal stool). The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“We love Sara! She's a rock star tumbling coach for the high level tumblers. OSA also gives military families discounts. Overall a great community gym where you feel like family.”
