“I was in OKC for the night and wanted to drop in for a class. I reached out to several boxes in the area and CrossFit 405 was the first to respond so they got my business. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Andrew and I continued to have a great experience during the workout. Andrew was the coach for my class as well and did a great job with the warmup, explaining the movements, and keeping us on schedule and motivated during the WOD.

If you’re in the OKC area, do not hesitate to check out CrossFit 405, you won’t be disappointed!”

“I took a free workout session with a trainer by the name of Norm. He did a detailed, Fun explanation of everything his Training program provided and gave me a free workout rundown. He’s fun, easy to listen too, and his energy is very motivating. I hope that in the future ill have the time to take the paid training lessons with him and his associates.”

“The gym is always clean. There are always fresh towels for members to use on the equipment. It’s never so packed that you have to wait long periods for any of the equipment anytime the equipment has been broken. It’s usually fixed very quickly when I joined I spoke with the manager, who went into very great detail to explain everything to me, including giving me a complete tour of the entire facility. The staff is always very friendly when they are there they make us feel welcomed would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey or continue their fitness journey.”

“Our family loves Threshold. It's something the kids can do to get the sillies out while building muscle and endurance. There's options for a day pass, membership, birthday parties and more. You also pay to rent gear if you do not come with your own (around $20ish). The staff makes sure you're buckled in correctly, shows you how to use the equipment and what it's for. They also show you around the climbing area and how each wall is rated so you know what's safe to climb for your skill level. All in, this place is a clean and a great time to enjoy with almost any age.”

“I was recommended to check out Anytime fitness from a friend so I stopped in and after checking out the very clean facility, and speaking with Jeff who was very knowledgeable, I signed up for a membership on the spot. There is a good variety of equipment, both free weights, and mechanical and the gym members actually care and practice hygiene with themselves and the equipment...which I can't say the same about their competitors. If you like a clean environment, great equipment, and competent staff, Anytime fitness is for you. Especially this location.”

“Best gym I’ve ever been a member at. Lots of fantastic equipment you won’t find anywhere else. Gets HOT in the summer time, but it’s a gym. You’re supposed to be sweating. It’s also not a huge space so it can get a little crowded in the evening, but usually not for very long and still far less people overall than any large corporate gym. There’s never more than a handful of people in the mornings. And being a local place with fewer members, there’s a great culture. You see the same people every time you’re there, and people are generally friendlier and more respectful of others than you’ll find somewhere like a VASA or Golds.”

“EXCELLENT GYM! One thing that makes Union Performance stand out is that there are workouts programmed and ready for you. You can choose to do your own workout or do the functional strength training that the owner has planned for that day! I’ve been in the fitness space for quite some time and am VERY impressed with the quality of the workouts. These workouts are safe, effective, and very applicable to real life. There is even mobility work planned every day!! On top of that the community is incredibly kind and friendly! Union Performance is a special place!”

“From day one, True Grit has felt different. Travis is an incredible owner and trainer, he is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about every person who walks through the doors. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and about helping people become their best selves. His workouts are challenging, well thought out, and effective. My abs are stronger than they’ve been in a long time, and I’ve even discovered muscles I didn’t know I had (and definitely felt the soreness after just one workout!).

“I been going to this location for twelve plus years. Some of the staff aren't friendly , will approach and not greet you. Also some of the equipments are not in working condition the place to insert your headphones doesn't work. I have been fortunate to be there when the guys are working on the machine sometimes they are repaired, it's depends on the location.The staff always seem to be to busy for you. The don't want to be bother. Hopefully it will get better sooner than later.”

“Really awesome locally owned gym and welcoming community. Even within a group, there's great 1 on 1 attention from the coaches. Workouts are continuously tweaked individually throughout to make sure you maximize your potential. Coach Jay and Mary(owners) are so nice and invested in your progress. They train every age group and I see the results and progress of everyone I've met or passed by. It's what was a determining factor for me to join and I can see and feel it for myself(which is so exciting) I highly recommend this gym to everyone. First class is free so it can't hurt to see everything I mentioned above.It's best to visit their Facebook page for most updated contact info, challenges, a peek into what the workouts are like and environment/community :) The photos/videos on Google are good representations to look at, too”

“We do winter and summer basketball for the past couple seasons here with my son. The place is always clean and welcoming. Employees and guests are always friendly and nice. They seem to always have some sort of class going on and the gym always has people in it. There is a pool and a place for the kids to go while you work out. They have a newer pickle ball court as well and of course they have their walking course outside and the water park on the back side of the property as well”

“I've been working with Zak for 2 years now, and I can't recommend him enough. Whether you're a beginner or a regular gym rat Zak tailors every sessions to the needs of his clients. Safety is his number 1 priority. For example, my biggest goal was to get to a 225lb bench, and instead of allowing me to come in and hurt myself by going for a weight I wasn't ready for he built our sessions progressively over the course of a couple months to get me to that goal. I shattered that goal last march by benching 225lb 3½ times, and I didn't even know I'd be lifting that much that day. But Zak knew I was ready and encouraged me to at least try. He's also extremely patient when it comes to progress. We all have super busy lives and we all handle stress differently (stress eater here ??) he's told me multiple times that progress and growth comes in different shades and only one of them is dropping weight. Last thing I'll say is that everything he has us do is based in science. He has every certification you can get as a personal trainer. And he's constantly growing and learning more to not only better himself, but his clients as well. Zak has been nothing but a positive addition to my life and you should definitely join this gym if you want to commit to your long term health.”
