“I'm from out of state and had a huge leak coming out from under my Jeep.. I went to this shop because they were clearly a mom and pop jeep shop and Jeepers help one another out in my experience. “I needed rivets on my bed cover hinges replaced. Very courteous when I called. They had the cover off by the time I finished a courtesy cup of coffee.
I planned to return the following day to have the cover out back on. I was called the next morning to let me know the cover was ready.
I arrived at 1:00. A technician had the cover back on my truck within 10 minutes.
I was handed my keys. When I went to pay, they said “no charge.”

“I had an interesting experience early this morning while on the way to the doctor. I realized that I had a tire consistently losing air and I was going to be in a bit of trouble if I didn’t pull over soon. The mechanics at Anglen happened to be outside preparing for their day in the early morning hours, 45 minutes earlier than they were scheduled to open. I pulled in and asked for help and there was me hesitation in 4 willing employees to change my tire and get the spare on. They did not ask for money but instead wished me well and worked quickly to make sure that I made it to my 7:30 appointment! Good Samaritans exist and it was a surprising and unplanned pleasantry dealing with these gentlemen! Thank you again!”

“I had some damage on my car from when someone hit me. I was told about Bates Paint & Body from a family friend. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they had it finished the following Thursday. The owner was super nice, and answered every question I had about my car. Everyone in the shop was friendly and they even washed my car before I picked it up. Fast and friendly service. “BIG SHOUT OUT to DOUG..at the Van Buren (Alma Hwy) store. My car had been in the shop at a dealership in FS and they left it a complete mess. Doug went above and beyond to help when my check engine light came on shortly after leaving the dealership. He found the problem immediately and fixed it in the parking lot of O'Reilly's. I can't Thank him enough for his kindness and going out of his way to help! If I could give this store 10 STARS they definitely deserve it. They always go out of their way to help others!!
